i fell in love with a donkey this spring at a horse farm. I want to bring him home! He isnt happy. Also I love your area where they all get to walk and run without eating alot of rich grass! Brilliant!
I had my first encounter with a donkey today at a farm. I fell madly in love I'm a huge dog lover and he seemed very much like an overgrown very shy dog. He did let us pet his head and was so sweet. Why do they make that noise? I loved your video you should make more!!!
They make that noise for different reasons. In the video at first it was “what’s going?” Bray to contact bray acknowledging someone’s presence. Donkeys also make the alarm bray and the singing bray.
Clean the donkey dung on a !!!DAILY BASIS!!!. Food, clean water, and a clean place to dwell are the BASICS of keeping a happy and healthy animal companion.
That was awesome! You sound just like a real donkey!! Do you remember Barney in the Backyard Gang Videos from the late 1980s until early 1990s? If so, do you remember the last episode "Rock With Barney"? There's a scene when the Barney the dinosaur and kids were recording a music video singing "Tingelayo". The kids brought in a wooden donkey which turned into a real live donkey in the middle of the song which I think it was cute! Until the ending of the video when the donkey's brayed two times off screen and I thought it was creepy. The second time the braying was heard was a little bit more creepier. When one of the Adam's mother picked him and the rest of the kids up to take them home, she heard the donkey braying as soon as she was about to walk out the door of the TV studio. She turned around to investigate the sound and saw a wooden donkey that's been used for the Tingelayo number and walked out. The camera aimed at the donkey and zoomed into its face in which it winked at the viewers. As a kid, I was intimidated by that braying sound and it still does. Lol I thought you would be interested to look it up on TH-cam!
