- Pixel art tutorial in Photoshop CC. I have always wanted to give pixel art a go, so I have been learning recently the best techniques to do this. A lot of people use other programs like Aseprite, which I am not yet familiar with. But seeing as I know Photoshop quite well, I decided to give it a go. This tutorial is a mixture of some basic pixel art skills learnt following other tutorials and piled together into an easy video to help people learn.
I would love to do more pixel art tutorials if it is something you guys are interested in, let me know in the comments below!

dam bro I have been looking for something like this for my project.. Thank You
I do have one question is it necessary to enable OpenGL for me to see pixel grid menu option ?
thank you
you're welcome
This is super useful say if i want to make a tile for personal project, it requires me to make the tile size 128x128. So im able to design the tile in 32x32 and then follow what you did when resizing and put 128x128 instead of 640x640? And then my tile will be bigger right?
on mac instead of in the edit menu, guides, grids, and slices option is under the photoshop. so go to photoshop > preferences > guides, grids, and slices
thank you, that will definitely help a lot of people!
Thanks a lot duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuud
You're welcome!
thank

My pixels art can't save from this type of someone know what's the problem plz tell me..
yes pixel art please
Love u bro i was looking for this ❤
Haha glad I could help!
I do all the settings as you did with the same resolution canvas, but it does not come out with pixel art. I s there any other settings required? can you please help me with this?
Hi, at what stage in the video does stuff start to not match for you?
What do I do if my pencil isn't correctly setting to the correct pixel, it appears to offset it by half a pixel when I click inside a square.
hey, as in where you draw on the screen, it's off by a pixel? does it happen even when you zoom right in? is your tablet collaborated accurately etc?
@@SketchedbySte this is on my computer I notice it on both my displays (each display sizes) the left or top side of my pencil is seems to be offset by 1/10th it moves to the next pixel. I'll make a video also using old Photoshop still before they made us pay Subscriptions lol
@@misterdneh yeah definitely let me know about the video as it's tricky for me to visualise. older versions of PS are great
When I enlarge the pixel art then it save in my laptop but it can't show on photos (unsupported or file is corrupted) plz tell if someone know about this
hey, it's difficult to tell from that information, but what are you exporting the file as? does it let you open other images you have saved from Photoshop using the same settings?
@@SketchedbySte I try many time and watch video again and again but the problem is same
i have too much of grid ive done everything from the video I don't know what to do pls assist
Hey thanks for watching. Can you tell me at what point in the video things start looking different for you from what's on screen?
At about 57 seconds you say press ctrl and view, whats the view button?
ctr + U
@@SketchedbySte lol
hello my dude. İ have a problem with grids. Even though I have exactly the same settings as yours, there is more grid than it should be. how can i fix it? I can send you a screenshot if you want!
Hey, I think we spoke on Insta now and got it sorted? Many thanks for watching!
