I watched this whole interview. I Love ❤ how Kathie loves to know the "Truth" about Jesus and his life. Pagan Christianity is a book that will open eyes and it tells how churches got started etc. It can also be listened to on here. I love how Kathie talks about the "cookie cutter" religion of today. As of this comment the more I learn the "Truth" about "church" the harder it is to go and be in the "organized religion" setting even though I Love ❤ the Pastor's preaching and go. Life is really truly about the....a.... actual relationship with God, the Lord and the Holy Spirit....not a "religion" or "religious deeds/doings" or just "talking christianize" language. Kathie has it right... it's "ALL ABOUT LOVE ❤..." the absolute ❤ Love of God shown to people. Now I did also watch the movie "Then came You". I can't recommend it and wouldn't encourage anyone else to watch it. Please ....understand.. .it's just my own personal perception. Everyone has to and needs to think for themselves. I did Love ❤ how Kathie shared about Kevin Costner. That was amazingly wonderful. The Howard Stern story is something else too. Hopefully he'll come to know the Lord. Kathie has shown the way to "Him" by the ❤ Love she showed Howard Stern with " loving forgiveness". I ❤ that Kathie shared "she obeyed the Holy Spirit". Honestly....as much as I loved ❤ this interview.....they both need to "just shut up" and listen to what each other has to say.... But time didn't permit. What is talking Christianize about? What's wrong with deeds? Yes! There's a difference between faith and religion, but we need to be careful how we define and deliver that message ...
The gospel is not that Jesus loves everybody. Not judging her salvation but questioning her understanding of the Bible…all things must be processed through the truth of God’s Word. Can’t have a relationship without spending time with Him…how? In His Word!
Kathie was talking about some myths we believe about Jesus. Four years ago we had the privilege of being in Israel, including watching my wife enjoy being baptized in the Jordan….. I just learned that John the Baptist actually was on the north end of the Dead Sea.
I feel she has a very healthy approach to religion and christianity. And i also appreciate her actually saying that she believes in Jesus and Christianity and not just God (which to a lot of celebrities is someone else). However in her statement that the devil doesn't own radio and television it is important to warn people about being aware of what they see and hear because the devil definetely uses the media. Its a reason its called enter-tainment
Being in the entertainment industry, I would be willing to bet she has met her fair share, but she had the common sense to not get ensnared, and she has the skills to deal with difficult people when she comes across them.
Jesus went to sinners…met them where they were and told them to repent and believe…lives were changed. They did not remain the same…the more she talks the less credible she seems as a true believer
I don’t think plastic surgery is what determines if one is a Christian or not, but it can indicate the maturity of the Christian. The bottom line though is looks and aging play a large role in the entertainment industry so if one chooses this industry there is pressure especially for women to look young, fit, and pretty.
