Fuel consumption winner: Subaru Boot space winnder: Subaru Acceleration & Braking winner: nullified as driven by different drivers. Doesn't work this way. Safety winner: Subaru Driving impression winner: Well done. Interior comfort winner: Subaru. Most spacious How about noise level for each car? Frankly, why is there no (light) offroad tests at all? And the most important question for all Malaysians: How's the maintenance for all the cars? Just compare according to manufacturer's manual will do. In all, love your channel, as always. Keep them up guys.
I never bothered to test drive the Subaru due to the high asking price that didn't include a turbocharger. The Honda to me felt somewhat undersprung, which bothered me. However it was an intuitive car to drive as there wasn't much in the way of a learning curve to overcome the electronic trickery to start driving it. You could toss someone the remote and trust them to figure it out by themselves first time out. The Peugeot's ride refinement was the best IMHO, as it was the most car-like. It was satisfyingly firm but never harsh and, together with that panoramic sunroof, it just felt like an altogether more expensive car. But it came across as a more complicated car to drive as there were 3 stalks next to the steering wheel in addition to the paddles. A lot of buttons & switches too, and even to adjust the aircond you first had to figure out the touch-screen display. The conti-style turnsignal and the small steering wheel will also take some getting used to for sure. It seemed like the kind of car I would not let a relative borrow without giving him a pre-drive briefing session first.
I bought a Subaru Forester SK 2.0i - S year 2020 without even touching its body..at the discounted price of RM138k it is the best car I have ever driven overall
The Tiguan wasn't available and the X70 1.5 was not yet launched but that just means we'll have to revisit this idea with a few more candidates in the future.
Thanks for testing the second row with three adults. Please continue doing "practical" and real life test like this in the future.

no CVT for me, the 3008 is the only option out of these but reliability and cost of parts has to be a factor
Thanks for doing this video.well explained and good information.probably after 9 months.suggested to talk about the maintenance cost for each
I am currently subaru forester owner. No regret at all since I bought this car 2 years. Enjoy it. Safety is No.1
Hows the reliability and maintenance so far?
You should compare the eyesight instead of gt edition for subaru, the extra cost of gt edition mainly is for cosmetic
Exactly!
Nice video. Please do SUVs maintenance and service comparison, after warranty expired. The real money that we have to pay for real life problems.
should have included the x70 1.5 for at least the value proposition and prespective
When the video was shot the X70 1.5 hadn't been launched yet.
Non national brand please.
Pug cars are good
The only problem is the service centers.
I own a PUG 508 2012 model.
Spoilt because of poor maintenance by the Pug service centers.
Still choosing crv, reliable car.
You said crv is best looking car and affordable car beside a Peugeot 3008???😆
Some people's minds are just twisted.
yeah...they seems bias towards honda..lol...stupid review
My opinion test the car in all wheater. Day night dry wet rain
Wish you also covered ride comfort ie secondary ride comparison.
What is this? Top Gear Malaysia?! It is ok to copy from the best. I like it.

Where is new facelift tiguan and x70?

Quite biased review, Peugeot got few more bell & whistle which didn't stated whereas the other stated
Good test guys...👍
Diesel crv?
I'm surprise Subaru win this SUV king (CRV)
Can you do off-road performance tests as well?

Does Subaru in Malaysia still has heated front seats and auto-defrosting mirrors? Asking from a land of snow and cold ;)
No such options for Malaysia
