      @@raidaolawary cali green is a new colour recently added to the interceptor. It is beautiful, but in the end it's very subjective, from individual to individual. I chose the canyon red over it.

      Hello!
      Ha Bhai, RE ne Interceptor ke liye 2 special touring seats nikale hai. Jo aap video dekh rahe ho wo premium touring seats hai. Stock seat pe aap maximum 2-3 ghanta continues chala sakte ho, for Peet dard shuru ho jayega. Touring seat pe aap Aram se 6-8 ghanta tour kar sakte ho.

    Hello from Russia !) Thank you a lot for your video and your work. I watched may be 50+ videos about this bike. Thanks youtube ( and integrated translator in it !) i can see your channel , you dont have a lot of subcribers, but you told a lot of useful information, for me, at least. I really in love of classic bikes, i wanted to buy Kawasaki w800 or Triumph T100\120, or RE int. 650, but i cant decide whhich one.
    I am new in a bike world, rigt now i have Bajaj Boxer 150, and i have absolutelly not problem with it, just positive emotions.
    So after riding it i finally have a decigion to Buy RE 650. It ll come to me in June , Black ray Colour.
    I have a question, noone didnt talk about this so may be you can answer.
    Turn signal repeaters - are they easy to break? Bajaj have their fastenings made from rubber so they bend when bike fall on the ground.
    What about Interceptor? I mean okay you have guard in front, but on the rear you have nothing, if bike fall on the ground rear ones can break or not.? Sorry for me English i hope you ynderstood all !

      @sb7707 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Dear Russian friend, the rear indicators have a flexible joint, so it should survive a nominal drop. However, the rear foot rests are directly attached to the frame, and might bend if dropped hard. I also just booked a black ray(I ride a Bajaj Dominar 400 currently), so I guess that makes us kindred spirits, maybe oneday we can ride across siberia together. Ride safe. Love and respect from India.

      Hello,
      Great to hear from you and I am really happy to meet another classic bike enthusiast 👍.
      You have made a fine decision to go ahead with the RE Interceptor. It is one of the best classics that I've ever ridden and I am sure you will feel the same once you get your hands on it.
      The turn indicators are made of fibre and rubber on most bikes, same is the case with the Interceptor. The front guard will surely protect the front end of the bike, but a fall will definitely hurt the rear end. Fortunately, the silencers will take the hit first, saving small parts like the indicators. I would suggest you avoid falls and drive as safely as possible as interceptor being a heavy bike can also cause injury to the rider if driven recklessly. However if you are a good rider and ride it at regular speeds following traffic rules, it is then the best and a safe bike for any type of journey. Hope this helps😊

    Hello Bhai
    Appreciate such a detailed video.
    I’m 24, 5’8 and weight 65KGs, with an average physique I’d say
    I have a great experience with scooters (traffic, highways, solo, pillion, with luggage etc in all sorts of terrain)
    I recently learnt to ride a bike
    I can’t afford to have multiple bikes hence looking for one bike that can do it all.
    Is interceptor 650 a good transition for me? (I know it’s more than 200 kg and has high power for Indian roads, hence a sane mind says not to go for it)
    The problem I have with going with a small bike is that I’ll outgrow it soon and I want to keep my bike for at least 4-5 yrs (cuz I plan on to move onto cars post that)
    Do you think interceptor will be a good choice or should I settle for something of a lesser weight?
    Cuz I think it’s only the weight that seems intimidating because I believe I will have that throttle control until I’m fully connected to the bike
    PS: I’ll be commuting 60-70% of my time (includes Mumbai traffic) and rest on highway tours
    Please guide bro, should I go for it or not
    Thanks in advance

    • @cprathu
      @cprathu  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello!
      It's great to know that you are planning to switch to a bike and stick to it for atleast 5 years. In case of interceptor, you get used to the weight after a couple of rides, you don't feel that its a heavier one once you are used to it, that how our mind works, it acclimatises you with any situation you face.
      But as you mentioned that you will be commuting for 60-70% of you time, including the Mumbai traffic scenes, I suggest you go for a less heavier and more comfortable bike, as even though you won't understand the heaviness of interceptor after some time, the bike will still take a toll on your body over a long period of time.
      Checkout the new Guerrilla 450, in my opinion it will best suit you, it's a power packed bike with low weight and a mono shock that will make your rides very comfortable. Hope this helps!

      Hello!
      You can ride any bike comfortably if you are 5'8" and more.
      Since you are 6ft, if you are into adventure bikes, they will suit you well as they are taller due to a high ground clearance.

      If speed is what you are looking for then the interceptor is not for you. There is a difference between racing and riding. The interceptor is for experienced riders who have outgrown the need for speed. Also the build quality of RE is way better than the Pulsar. The engine in RE is also far more refined that the Pulsar.

      @@sb7707 its not about speeding, you will find ns400 surprisingly good for touring and the light weight bike will be a boon in traffic when you are not touring and for half the price more mileage, i know lot of re fans wont agree but they should first go on a tour on ns400 first, they will change their mind

    • @sb7707
      @sb7707 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@raghuramenterprises4512 I already ride a dominar 400. Pillion seat sucks. Body panels made of plastic, after riding 42000 km in 5 years, everything rattles and feels loose. Too much electronics, if any electronic problem happens during a tour, no roadside mechanic can repair it (most bajaj service centres also can't service it). Engine has vibrations. If you push the engine it gives you 18 kmpl. Very little option of modifying the bike. You say its not about speed, but you have mentioned 170 speed twice. Listen, RE is not for you. And its absolutely okay. You don't need to justify it to others or get validation from others. The NS400Z is an amazing bike for the price, no doubt about. It will be a solid performer with cheap service costs. Comparing that to RE 650s is like comparing Biriyani to Burgers. Both are amazing in their own right and have their own place. Stop trying to prove something is absolutely better than everything else, life is more complicated than that bro. Get the NS400Z, and use the money saved over a int 650 to go on tours.
