Loved the video Lauryn! Just one tip, your desk has to be on the height of your elbows when you sit, same with your chair. You can sit right and rest your elbows as if you want to type. A 90-degree angle. then adjust your seat and desk to that height. I would do the chair first then the desk. Also, your feet should be flat on the ground. I've learned that from work because we have an Ergonomic project going at HR and I'm part of it.
