Naw I think they do it by team. One production board then each slot is a specialized team. Y axis is specialized teams (cnc team, paint prep, painting, cnc prep, ect…) then on the x axis is days of the week. For example: pant prep team member arrives for their shift on Monday. Looks at board and finds paint prep row then grabs the tasks from paint prep Monday slot.

Also I think the single column board they show at the start are jobs that have not been scheduled for a day. But I could be wrong lol.
