This is one of those episodes that will pay off in the long run. With all the pokemon they caught, you manga readers know the fights and arcs that will be taking place with Slaking and Blaziken.

In regards to the comment question of the day, I think an Iceland and Greenland combo region would work fantastically. Can even swap the names so it’s accurate in game, and it would be entirely nature themed. It would be like camping in the wilderness but with Pokémon, could even give the camping feature a practical use. It would probably be a bit difficult to fit 8 gyms in, but I’d love a new surge of grass and ice types that it would bring.
Also, I don’t mind the time scale for these videos at all. They’re always quality, so I know if it takes a little longer it will be worth it. This was definitely a calmer development episode, but a necessary one. Needless to say however, I’m anxiously awaiting trumps descent into the aqua hideout. I fear Donald’s ever-present hunger will be nothing in comparison to the bloodlust of Majin. I just hope the team doesn’t drown in it.
I really love this answer!! Doing the two distinct areas as two seperate islands would be kind of cool!!! Having an insightful and practical camping feature would be sick too!

Gen 10 would be interesting to be South America based. So many different biomes to use. The biggest being the Amazon Rainforest. The legendaries could include the first bug legends since genesect. Mew could get a new form seeing as the gen 1 notes stated it was from south America.
The rainforest would be crazy to see!! They could go down so many paths with it.

For the question of the day, Id love to see a region take place in northern europe. I really like Perrsurker, so more viking looking pokemon would be awesome! A honedge line based on Mjolnier would be awesome! Or just a Mjolnier pokemon in general. Maybe a Mythical pokemon?

And I like next region be based on Eastern Europe,when specific locations could be based on stuff and locations from every country from region (like warsaw could be a toxic city), and safari zone could be huge ass ancient forest with bisons (regional wersion of bouffalant maybe),wolfes and lynxes based on Białowieża forest or maybe some safari sections or pokemons based on Charnobyl. I think it could be cool and east part of europe have a lot of potential but its kinda forgotten.

I'd say maybe Egypt. The next game can be based on if not greenland, like more of a focus on certain types of pokemon typings that dont get enough love and could be explored. Hell, I'd even go as far as to say might as well, the new region, be based off in space, take it away from earth, and just go vompletly bonkers for gen 10.

If not for Paldea being based in Spain, I'd have loved to see a region based on Italy. I feel there would be a few too many similarities between back-to-back regions based on culturally similar countries. There are rumors right now that the next Legends game is going to take place in the ancient Unova region, with a lot of influence from New York's Native tribes, which I love the sound of. The Indigenous cultures deserve more appreciation, without being politicized like so many Native Instagram accounts like to do. I just want to appreciate the cultures.
Anyways, I'd love to see a region based around Slavic countries. There are so many unique monsters and cryptids in their legends, not to mention their wildlife. I think it could make for a very unique region. Or, if you wanna go really out there, give me a Pokémon region based on Hungary.
Edit: Oh, or one set in Australia! You could bring back the Wilds like in Galar, but have it be different parts of the Australian Outback!

If I had to pick, I think it would be Australia. There’s so many animals you could use as a basis for Pokémon. Not only that, but seeing the Pokemon version of Sydney would be fantastic. We could have a Kangaroo starter or a Platypus starter. There could be dingos and drop bears as well, lots of awesome Pokemon ideas exist here. And if there isn’t a reference to Steve Irwin I will be disappointed.

Australia would make a good region to base off of. All of the crazy unique species there means you'd barely have to make any design changes for a Pokédex. Game Freak could then use their 6 months of production time to focus on making the game actually work.

@Gameproducer6 if you look up the original sprites for those pokemon they resembled a gun and tank, but they got changed really early on. It would be perfect for an American pokemon, especially if they just changed the type, like they did with new gen 9 pokemon.

I would like the next region to be based in Egypt. Think of the the legends. Plus it has a Sphinx and Pokémon such as Cofagarigus and even Shedinja would've been possible encounters.
Also, I would love a region being based in the American Southwest. It would make sense considering they already had a region being based on Hawaii and New York with Alola and Unova respectively. Plus, we can use the legend of the Chupacabra, a mythical creature from a Mexican folklore, as an inspiration for a possible Legendary Pokémon.

I think a game based in Africa could be dope....There are already a few elephant pokemon that can use a cool regional upgrade, plus there's a ton of other animals (big cats, hyenas, hippos, giraffe, etc) that can either get a re-do version or get introduced. Plus, with the size of the continent, you can do coastal water pokemon, river pokemon, etc. There's just a lot of potential there and a big map...Also, there are a bunch of cool ghost-story folktales for the ghost-type. Idk, it could be done well if they are able to do some research and have a cultural adviser on deck so it doesn't turn out racist.
The ghost thing is a cool trait I never even considered!! They could definitely do some creative and mad areas based on that alone!

It would be nice to see a region based on where copperahjar comes from. (I don't remember how to spell it's name.) As it's pokedex is says it isn't from galar. Plus it comes from the country where the professor from hissui is from I believe. So would be nice to see his descendant.

Okay Donal is pretty far off on the gen 5 hate, Gen 5 only encompasses the general New York- middle of the country, if GameFreak wanted to, they could make 2-3 more regions just based on the United States. Suck as a Texas region, a west coast region, and a northern region. Also the games were for teenagers, the realism is because the protagonist aren't 10, they're 16-17, thus why it's more mature, and frankly, has the best stories and designs out of all the games
Donald definitely off the mark for Gen 5. There is so much more they can do with the US, so I’m sure we will see it again!

2 Different routes!! There is a lot of surf routes in Hoenn, and I had to edit in a lot of the drop downs to clarify where the boys were after the cuts. Hopefully that clears the confusion!

This one has to be the most toxic/nonsensical playthrough of president ai out there for no reason. The game might as well be not be there since 80% of the banter is unrelated to the game.
Ive seen a couple of other people do this and they focus on the game and roll with the jokes to go with it.
Ive listened all the way up to this ep and other peoples so its really apparent when it's just plain random banter.
You don't need to name it pokemon at this point, just president stories with a hint of pokémon

Every series has its own style and unique way of keeping the audience entertained - this just happens to be the way I do for my audience. Not everyone is going to like it, but there’s still a community of people who use these videos as an escape and it makes them happy, so that is more than enough of a reason to make these.
I agree that my series doesn’t fully commentate the gameplay as much as others, but there’s a reason for that - to me just speaking aloud the actions of what the guys are doing isn’t funny. Mostly within the episode the guys will say “my plan for today is to do X, Y and Z” and they try do said plan. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t. But if every sentence was “I’m going to route 120 now. Who knows what encounter we will get” “Great Joe, make sure you have surf before leaving the centre you forgetful dummy” that wouldn’t be funny imo.
I wouldn’t says it’s 80% irrelevant, and with the addition of a nuzlocke they boys get very invested with some of the intense moments and heart stoppers. They also feel it in each death.
As for toxicity/nonsensical? Absolutely. It’s a work of fiction. I’ve tried to discover a writing style that’s a mix between fiction and grounded commentary, and some episodes are definitely more off the rails than others.
