( Reason :- Tech Mahindra will only provide 4000 rs of training period of 30-40 days, and 15-20% agent are not able to clear certification round and sent Home and says you can again try after 3 month.

@Md UBAIDULLAH bro don't join this company even by mistake they will easily hire you even If you give worst interview they will call you next day. They will not provide you anything and they will make you work like dog telling 8 hours of shift timings they will make you sit for 10 hours and they will delay a lot in giving you your salary.
