I used to work in telecalling post in a welknown finance company and faced the same problem. Team manager behaviour is so bad and on the days when the target was not fulfil, he kept sitting for half an hour more. We were also given old data so customers were fade up. So I also leave the job in 1 month...

Bro you were not in amazon. You were in BPO which was outsourced by amazon. Because in amazon you have to apply only through amazon job portal where you have to give assessment test and then they call for an interview and about the training period , it's about 4 weeks not just 4-5 days. And after the training we have to go through the simulator training they don't send you on floor directly, it takes around 2 months to get on floor.

Whole vlog is bogus. He was not in amazon but third party outsourcing on behalf of amazon and who knows maybe just a scam company.

Okay! Don't degrade yourself, BPO is the first job for all the freshers out there and anybody can join. It's very easy to join and good to start a fresh job.

No company holds salary for first month. Remember this.
If you let them know, you are absconding then, they surely will.
During interview they told me because all r doing the work for one month and they r absconding it seems so they brought new rule it seems
