I just recently purchased a 99 Monte Carlo Z-34 3800 series 2 with 50 k as my daily driver and I love it fully loaded coupe and just a classic 25 year old car with a exhaust modification and very easy to maintain and reliable
I knew a guy in NC that had one. I rode in it several times. I remember the plate on the dash but not the exterior paint beyond black w red stripe but I could be wrong.
I remember when this car came out. I was really disappointed in the selection of the engine for the car. Grossly underpowered. What would have been really nice is if they made them with rear wheel drive with the same cubic inch displacement engine that was being used in the #3 car that year. If they had done that, I would have certainly been in the market for one of those. That 3.8 front wheel drive V6 was just poor for what this car represented.

I had a red Z34 and I liked it a lot, but Chevy went cheap on it especially the interior.
Sucks my dad sold this
