When playing my ALT Ranger and leveling up I saw they had a electrocute shot that jumps over the enemy and essentially does this. Nice that this exists I can throw it on a more frequent attack now. Thanks for the vid.

I'll have to look into him, but to answer your question, just run Inspiration support if it's that big of a problem. I put Primal Armament on Charged Staff and close combat on Flicker Strike.
You can also use a lower level Tempest Flurry until you solve your mana issues. Or you can make use of Leech mods or passives on tree, but they won't be noticeable until you have high rolls of Physical dmg on your quarterstaff (since Tempest Flurry converts 60% of weapon phys to lightning).
Devestation is a very strong and cheap option, as virtually all of the Monk's abilities have the AoE tag. I'd definitely take that if I had no jewels with %increased AoE yet. Otherwise, at the higher-end some of the bigger Evasion notables like High Alert or Freedom of Movement. I'm all ears for other options but most of the good ones are extremely expensive.
6:50 so what's the ideal weapon if you want lightning damage as well ? can we use other part of the gear to add lightning damage or it doesn't work that way?, since previously you said that it's okay to sacrifice some physical damage for cold damage increase, if that the case the best staff is the one with elemental damage ?
I really liked your build and I watch each of your videos and follow step by step as you did in the company while learning. I have already finished 6 acts and wanted to ask at what level did you move to full cast on freeze with flicker strike?
I'd stay tuned for Milky_bk's leveling guide. He's working on something with Maxroll. Should be out any time. Just use basic attack or Glacial Cascade early into Ice Strike or Tempest Flurry with Bell.
@ tempest rush and the bell you have by the end of act 1 initially. That’s the build’s foundation. Most people praised ice strike instead of tempest rush cause it dashes and freezes despite being a bit slower. Charged staff comes in later act 3 I think. If you combine those three skills you do lots of damage. Also, you can pick up reaper or elemental invocation in act 3. So I’d say beginning act 4 it’s pretty much online. Flicker strike is later on early maps.
