Purely genetic, I got a video on the ultimate guide to genetics dropping soon to better understand that aspect. For width though, if you do the lifts in my ultimate guide to get wide video that’ll make you noticeably wider if you get strong at those lifts, but clavicle length isn’t changing unless if you’re not done growing
