St. Paul, with the districts of Buggiba and Qawra, is a tourist ghetto without the typical Maltese flair. Only hotels, restaurants and bars in modern buildings. If you want to experience the real Malta with the typical houses with wooden balconies, small pubs and shops, you should book a hotel in Valletta, Sliema, Mellieha or San Gilian. I cannot understand how you can book an "all inclusive" accommodation. In Malta there are numerous restaurants of all nationalities, but above all Maltese restaurants with fish, rabbit and other specialties I want to get to know the country in which I am on holiday.
I believe the breakfast starts at 6 am but Im not 100% sure, we never woke up so early, the all inclusive is not 24 hours, they start serving drinks around 10 am and if I remember correctly most of the bars close around midnight. The restaurants are open till 9 or 9:30

We stayed in St. Paul actually not to be tempted to sightsee too much as we had a big not relaxing trip ahead and wanted a calm place to chill.
