    For me living in the UAE Dubai and Abu Dhabi I would say easy to come and live here , no one will feel stranger , weather in winter is just perfect, super safe and tons of things to do . What I don’t like is super expensive, traffic jams everywhere until 9pm and of course summer here is always 40c 🥵

    In my opinion Dubai is perfect for living more than for coming as tourist, the reason is it’s small and not culturally rich so you can see everything within a week however it’s perfect for living because of safety, quality of life and infrastructures and of course the tolerance towards diversity it’s very important point

    What Dubai has done from the early 80s to today is honestly out of a sci-fi movie. This is nothing short of astonishing and remarkable. While cities like Paris, London, NY have regressed, Dubai has jumped leaps and bounds. Like a well oiled machine, they have a clear vision for the future and were able to weather the '08 crash/covid which tells me, there's a contingency plan in order in case of emergencies.
    All of this speaks volumes about the leadership in this country and proves, not one model fits all (democracy). In 20 years, I can foresee Dubai, Riyadh and Doha overtake Paris/London/NY.

    • @internationalistwanderingd7110
      @internationalistwanderingd7110 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      It only makes dream ignorant people.
      Keep dreaming otherwise.
      Paris or London might be regressing but Dubai is nowhere near the prestige of these cities.
      Cartoon-like cities in the middle of the desert, with awful ecological impact, without sustainable resources, only mass consumerism and bling bling as perspective, mostly artificial and shallow, conceived by western engineers and architects and built by South Asian slaves and from other parts of the world.
      I don’t know where you’re from, but seeing prestige in such places says a lot about your background and how you can be easily impressed by anything shining, even fake one.
      When it comes to Arabian peninsula, I’d say Oman and Yemen are actually way more interesting places than those you mentioned, whether in terms of geography or history

    • @internationalistwanderingd7110
      @internationalistwanderingd7110 ปีที่แล้ว

      They could be as ambitious and prestigious you claim them or wish them to be but they should first start with building a proper sewage system to drain p..p away properly

      I don’t think so because if you compere Paris, London or Vienna to Dubai than are these three cities urban masterpiece. Dubai is just a big Highway in the desert with a lot of skyscrapers with almost no public transport and with very bad infrastructure and little to no urban planning

    • @flamestones
      @flamestones ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@David-kn4hb Highly biased comment. The infrastructure of Dubai is way above what London and Paris has to offer. Super fast metro, well connected with bus routes and skyscrapers and tall rise buildings and apartments provide sufficient housing for everyone, compared to the cramped up spaces and boxes that people live in London and Paris. London especially is a dying city with crumbling and old infrastructure. One visit to London underground will show you the real picture. Compare that with Dubai where everything is brand new is not fair to London.

    • @David-kn4hb
      @David-kn4hb ปีที่แล้ว

      @@flamestones "Super fast metro, well connected with bus routes” I don’t think that two metro lines one of which goes only along one straight highway and the second line is only in the east part of Dubai and the metro system is not even connected with the monorail that has only 4 stops. Comapare it to Paris, Paris has 16 metro lines, 5 RER lines (city train) and 3 tram lines and through the city goes many trains from all over Europe. Is Dubai connected to any railway system? No it isn’t and I know maybe it is not fair to compare a city with 13 millions inhabitants with a city with only 2,7 millions inhabitants. So let’s compare Vienna to Dubai. Vienna has 2 millions inhabitants and has 5 metro lines, 28 tram lines and 10 S-Bahn lines (city train). You don’t need a car in a big European city but in Dubai you can’t survive without a car and the European cities are old that is true because they have history unlike Dubai.

I hope you don't blindly believe in media reports about Muslims and don't look at people who deviate from the teachings, but if you want to find the true truth, look for it from the holy book. Islam has come as the true truth, if you are not yet a Muslim, please compare the contents of the holy books, which are genuine from heaven and which are paganism. do not have blind faith because of doctrine, hatred will cover up the true truth. chance to live only once, save yourself from eternal hell.
