Episode 36: The Unsolved Murder of Lindsay Buziak

When up and coming real estate agent Lindsay Buziak received a cold call from a new client that seemed too good to be true, she was both excited and nervous. This transaction could create a lot of amazing opportunities for her, but she struggled to understand why she, relatively new in the business, would have been trusted with such an opportunity.
What began as an exciting business prospect turned into a nightmare within less than 15 minutes of meeting her new "clients."
It has been 16 years since Lindsay's horrific murder and her family and friends are still asking "why?" and waiting for an arrest.

How do we know wether Shirley or Jason actually offered to show the house for Lindsey?

Hi, rebeccamays8675! Both Shirley and Jason have made statements saying they offered to go in place of Lindsey. Another real estate agent at the REMAX agency reported he also offered to go along with Lindsey to the showing, but Lindsey declined. The general consensus was that she had some concerns about the strange requests from the client, but not enough to call off the showing or to bring someone else into the home with her.
