My old music teacher always said "If you see someone playing or singing with their eyes closed, then they are playing with their heart and soul. And that is where the true beauty of music comes from and which makes you tear up and be thankful you're alive to hear it". The simple fact that I'm crying and smiling through half the song shows how true these words are. You two are amazing, if you ever come to Portugal, you can count on me to be there to listen!
Man I can only imagine the feeling that one would get when you have mastered a craft like this and every bit of your soul is just engulfed in the harmony and sound of your instrument. Almost magical. Like nothing else in the world matters just you, your cello and your bow.

As we know it, the world has changed forever. Listening to Two Cellos is lifting my spirits and making me smile with tears in my eyes. Such beautiful music 🎶💓
They play with their hearts instead of their heads and that's why I like it so much and because they are so passionate about what they do. They really make the music come to life.
I'll always be so thankful for these two. I felt like I was dying inside while caring for my mom and knowing deep inside I was loosing her and there was nothing I could do to stop it. She was going through hell at the time because she didn't even have the strength left in her to lift her hand and she kept asking why. She had no idea she was dying. She was confined to her bed and going stir crazy and it finally hit me, I knew what would calm her down. Since she was a kid she loved the Cello and had always wished she could learn to play it. She was tone deaf so she felt like it would have been useless for her to even try it. But remembering how much she loved the Cello and knowing that she had never heard of these two, one day I turned her TV on and tuned it to TH-cam and I brought up my 2Cellos playlist that had tons of my favorites on it and turned up her TV, not too loud but loud enough that it would sink in and my God, she was in AWE! She was so friggin tickled with these two. She had such a peaceful smile on her face as she watched and listened. And from there on out she was almost constantly listening to them. Even when my brother would come in the house she'd holler to get his attention and ask him to please put those two cello guys on the TV for her. Lol, I had to explain to him what that was about but he got it and it got to the point that whenever he came in if they weren't playing on her TV he'd ask her if she wanted him to put them on for her. The last two weeks that she was with me this is all she wanted to watch and listen to, 2Cellos. She was so content and at peace listening to 2Cellos. It felt so good to see her so content and enjoying watching these two perform and listening to them. Unfortunately she did continue to get weaker till one morning at 1am I woke up and knew I needed to check in her. I hadn't talked to her since 9pm and it just seemed to be way too quiet and her end table light was still on. I walked in and found her unresponsive in the middle of the bed and trying not to break down and loose it I went out back and called my brother in to double check what I already knew. She was gone. Yet she looked like she was peacefully sleeping.. Though to this day over a year after loosing her it still turns me inside out with pain from loosing my sweet precious mom and the best friend that I'd ever had. I still can't listen to 2Cellos without breaking down bawling my head for missing her so much and all I can do is try to remember the smile on her face as she listened to them and know that I did something very right by her by introducing her to their music when I did and like I say, I'll always be so grateful for these two. They will never know how much they helped my mom and I through those last two weeks. And I still listen to them with love in my heart and continue to introduce their music to others. So far I can't think of one person that wasn't impressed with their style. Their music is so unique and so beautiful. They were the best gift that could be given to my mom when she needed something so badly to calm her down and put her restless confused heart at ease. ❤️❤️❤️
People have always wanted to know what heaven looks like , and never are we able to say.......but this 2CELLOSlive gives a pretty good idea as to what it (heaven) sounds like . Delightful !
I grew up listening to my Dad playing different instruments. He played the cello for Southwest Washington Symphony for approximately 20 years before passing. He always played the violin at home for me too. Listening to you guys brings tears to my eyes. You’re so talented and play beautifully together! Thanks for sharing your gift with us ❤
This was my parents "song"; I am crying like a baby, I am so moved by this, the notes resonate w/my very being. I buried my patents together 5 years ago today. I feel they are dancing to this, because like music, Love Never Dies. I had that put on Mom's marker; Dad's is full of military honors.
Mesmerizing. Stjepan Hauser makes love to his cello. He gets so excited he about jumps off his chair. And he has magic fingers. He never seems to tire. So sweet and gentle,. You cant help but honestly cry at the beauty of it all. And reading these great comments below makes my heart swell up.
I really didn't notice that whistle until someone commented about it a few months ago. I heard it once I turned the volume up 100%. If I had been by that person blowing it...I would have knocked the thing out of their hand as far as it could go up in the air to land somewhere FAR away. LOL I can listen to this music over and over. They are great. More than great. I love that they bring the cellos to such a huge crowd. It's beautiful. Instruments are to be seen and heard...not some silly noise created by computer tech. This is .... real. *love*
absolutely love listening to these amazing young men.... being 50 kind of figured I had all my music genre's picked out but have recently added three great awesome talents to my listening pleasure, enjoyment and amazement... 2 Cello's, Lindsey Stirling, and although he has passed away from the island of Hawaii brother Big IZ.... so glad I have been blessed to find these talented musicians to add to my list... thank you so much... played the cello in Jr High and High School (quit in 10th grade knucklehead I know).... just amazes me how you can make them sing... keep it up....

I am a die hard U2 fan that does not care for most copycats either vocal or instrumental, but this made me float on the clouds, connected to all I have lost, and all I send love too daily.. As a huge U2 fan since 1980, I'm always nervous when other artists cover their songs. Most struggle, but this is unbelievably beautiful. Played with such passion and also intensely soulful. Masters of their craft. Amazing.

I remember when the original version by U2 came out on the radio when I was in High School and the song got so much air play in my city that you could literally change stations and catch the beginning or ending of the same song (With or without you) that you had just head on the previous station. That overplay I though had ruined the song for me forever. I can't tell you how happy I was to hear this version by 2Cellos. It renewed the song for me in so many way on so many levels. This version you can not only hear the emotion being played but you can feel it in your heart and soul. With each new track I listen to of theirs I am more and more in awe of these two musical masters! BRAVO!!!!!

These two have inspired a whole movement of individuals playing pop music on the cello. I have heard other renditions but the 2 Cellos have ruined it for me, they set the standard. In my opinion no one comes close to them. Every time I hear them play it is like the first time! Absolutely enchanting!

Well, that particular song reminds me of last, he really broke my heart when left me...only took about 4/5 years to recover...I was obsessed...he just kinda loved me...but not enough to stay. No one since until Hauser and he put the smile back in life, not just the artist and musician but the entertainer!
I'd always thought that this was just an average pop song . . . . . . until this evening. This is now one of the most beautiful and moving pieces of music that I have ever heard.

Well, that particular song reminds me of last, he really broke my heart when left me...only took about 4/5 years to recover...I was obsessed...he just kinda loved me...but not enough to stay.
