Neither were machine guns, but the song still works! In reality, this was actually an instrumental only track in the Ishin game so there's no singing about machine guns or highways. Ju5tAB0r3d1 added in Kiryu's singing from Yakuza 4 for this video.

I wouldnt be so sure about that with Kiryu and Solid Snake (Big Boss obviously had some on-screen in MGS3).
Kiryu has some very suggestive side-stories that imply a lot, especially in Zero and Kiwami. We also dont know if anything happened with Sayama between 2 and 3.
David is really kind of a horndog and we have no idea if something happened between him and Meryl after they escaped Shadow Moses. I wouldn't count him out.

@@ultrasevenzero That seems nearly fantastical, considering there are literally hook-up side-quests in which you take the girls to a hotel. Kiwami 1 even has POV scenes where the girls are playing with Kiryu in bed.
If they really want to make me believe that Kiryu somehow was just having some pillow fights or a good wholesome sleep with them I'd be almost taken aback. Almost. This is Yakuza after all...

It's part of the noodle minigame OST called "A Cup/Bowl of Kisses" (literal translation lol). The key change transition before Adachi starts singing is used to signify a level-up in the minigame lol (where the game speeds up and gets hella hard)

It was to do with the fact that I couldn't find clean vocal-only tracks for the full song, just the acapella bits for the karaoke bits from the games. I couldn't find any vocal-only tracks for Adachi, and even after trying to remove as much of the instrumentals from his spec, the quality wasn't as great as Shinada's and Kiryu's. So I just used the karaoke bits for quality's sake XD
