Im not a doctor! but know my advice will work for you. I have encourage my kids to do same, lower the brightness, and contrast on screen to give your eyes reprive from the bright ion bashing Dave

hello Megan I'm an older, v happy graphic designer like yourself, living and working on the Gold Coast Australia. Been self employed since the Mac was introduced. My valuable tip for you is to get rid of the Imac and purchase an LG wide screen. I found that my eyes suffered, the bright ions coming from the imac really made my eyes sting at nite, especially after pushing the work thru & putting hours into more and more projects. I've noticed you wear glasses, and can see the start of the fleshy buildup of overgrowth on your eyes. For the sake of your eye health, pls take my my advice :) Really like your series and wish you all the v best, hugs Dave ps advice for all you fellow designers too!
Your videos have been super helpful for me! I’m about ready to launch my business, but I need money to get a few more subscriptions. 😭 Is there a trick to it? Sadly I currently live paycheck to paycheck so I don’t have a lot to spend out of pocket.
