OPL3’s 4OP mode Unlike its predecessors, the OPL3 has an option to merge certain channels together to create 4OP instruments. It’s a cool thing but you have to sacrifice certain channels for it
Making a square wave with FM can still be more flexible in some ways, though the square waveform can do PWM, so it's a matter of picking and choosing the right waveform for the job

I had to switch to my quantum computer to be able to watch this.
I am jealous of you owning that 8K60 Dell monitor.
@@flygonbreloom What can I say, my dad works for minecraft
Interesting that it uses simulated square wave, instead of the built-in square waveform.

OPL3 waveforms helps with the gone operators.
It can sound close to an OPN chip if you know what you're doing
Too bad not many PC-98 games ever supported this chip, at least nice OPL3 soundtrack!
jeez how long did it take to render this-
I still can't get TH-cam to process a 2 hour long 8K60 video correctly.
Well, I tried watching it at 8K60 for a few seconds and
RIP CPU
I liked the music so I looked it up on Google... I regretted doing so...
