If you are not equipping a pulse skill just ignore the CHC mods of my build. I made a mistake thinking they could work with the precision talent. My apologies for any inconvenience caused.

About the game: Tom Clancy's The Division is an online-only open world third-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Massive and published by Ubisoft, with assistance from Red Storm Entertainment, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. I love how everyone just knows the universal rule of legendaries. Kill the F-ing medic first.
Yeah the Medic is very important. But the Rushers should always be took out first, they can wipe a squad outt real fast on Legendary.

Nice work Agent. You and me seem to be doing the same runs, except your are much quicker! Build differences are I use health on chest and use FA/CHC mods instead and I use a House for close up work to take advantage of the higher crit and bleed. Found Amherst actually not too difficult with PM.
DUDE!!! That. . .is some good gameplay. Every time I see someone like you play, it makes me think about doing the same. HOWEVER, about a minute into "Russian Consulate", I change my mind and go back to Tactician!! LOL It IS really cool watching you schmelt through the NPC's that way though. Maybe one day. Thanks for the videos, they are much inspiring.
Health on kill CHD, ERD and head shot damage on the assault rifle. Those are the main tricks for a PVE players to succeed. Sure for the fact you have a 9 k stamina pred it cause 120% damage bleeding.
Another Awesome Build Mate. Great Gameplay and use of the different weapons and gear. Keep up the good work.
Nice run. The bleed does the finishing. GG for a solo run. In a team, it's even devastating. Apply the bleed and it finishes the enemy. Though we tend not to wait for the bleed, its still a formidable option.

@MrD4igo I've seen people in their videos of this mission run pass the first part into the playground part at time 3:24 and on. I hope the first don't run to that area. That would be one barrage of enemies to have to deal with. I just gotta work on me being able to melt enemies on legendary missions. I'm good with all the others. I'm usually solo my friends don't play video games, and don't play much. Just addicted to this game, HALO series, and 2K19 Basketball. Once I achieve the legendary's mission of this game, most likely, I'm done.

At the hunter fight, does the sniper do enough damage to get a one shot bleed? Might speed things up if it does, would probably need to land 10 headshots
I tried that and it doesnt work - you get a 1m bleed at best due to the Hunters high EDR and then he heals up and you are back to square one.
@@coolheadedbrit1248 Wow, hunters just really don't like to die. I guess I'm not too surprised about high EDR, was expecting that or cleansing the bleed with something. So far the most effective thing I've used against them is Hunter's Faith, but only works well in a group and wouldn't be able to use Predator

I don't understand how you have 9k Stam and 4k FA does the gear NEED to be perfect?
No. But fairly close to perfect with high rolled mods, too. If setup correctly, you'll have just over 9k Stamina and around 4.1k Firearms. These numbers are based on fully optimized gear pieces.
Its ez all pieces stam and all mods fire arms, make sure ur holster had both stam and firearms at 1380+
can this build be use for pvp too or just for pve
Tjezernik for both ! Pve needs ead and dte and for pvp you need to invest in crit chance / damage. Mods are up to you ..just make sure you have 9k stamina

your fire rate is maybe too high... you miss 3/4 of your shots...
More fire rate= more dps so keep the high fire rate that's how you get the fast kill
That was a really slow process I'd rather just use tactician and just run through that shit
Agree, but this is just another way to go solo for someone who doesn't have a tac build or is not into that sort of play style.
Tactician gets boring, I’ve started to use other sets to solo legendaries and I’m having fun again.
