About the game: Tom Clancy's The Division is an online-only open world third-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Massive and published by Ubisoft, with assistance from Red Storm Entertainment, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It was announced during Ubisoft's E3 2013 press conference, and was released worldwide on 8 March 2016. Final Measure...such a useless gear set. Nomad n D3 is tankier. Reclaimer heals better, Striker and Pred Dps better. Its special ability is so niche and limited that it really makes no difference. Firecrest or Tactician skills better....what is FM for? Its 30% Elite resistance isnt that special.....or I dont notice a huge difference. Not a hit on the OP, just me wondering what FM is good for...
CMDRFandragon for trying something other than metas lol, like for pvp I use 3pc striker 2pc pred with ninja bag and shred 90% of rogues with 6pc
