Pipe is a Warrior,If people knew his back story,maybe the would see him in a different light..Ex Boxer,,Has an awful car wreck and was paralyzed on his right side for 3 months,and much more that that..Top Player who is under-estimated on a daily basis.
Beat me in a final quite a few years ago,I’d never heard of him and he turned up and I got smashed 4-0 in the final only got 1 dart at a double 🙈 quality player
Congrats to Peter and nice to see Justin doing well again but I mainly wanted to point out that Dan is a real treat with his commentary and post match interviews. Really like his positive attitude encouraging every player that picks up a title or is a runner up. Comes across as a real people person 👌🏻
Great to see Pipe playing better in recent times. Also amazing darts from Peter at the moment. I think he has a realistic chance at the Matchplay, especially with MVG underperforming over the last weeks.
Never been a fan of Justin Pipe, the way he stands,throws,the angle his darts go in,time he takes,and to be honest they are ridiculous reasons,but so many people think the same, but for some strange reason,i enjoyed watching this match,and God knows why,but i so wanted him to win. Wrighty being a bit surly in some of his recent matches may have had something to do with it, but i hope Mr Pipe continues with this resurgence,and maybe gets himself a big win.

I did throw my darts like him 10mins you need so much pressure in the arm this is a hell for me. I throw not more like push the dart like James Wade but pipe man....
He changed his throw a bit, he holds less fingers on the dart and throws faster. He also throw so weird because he had a car accident and couldnt move his right arm/shoulder for 3 months!
I find it incredible that Pipe can be one of the top players in the world without even coming close to a full arm extension. He literally jerks at the dart, almost retracting his arm at times. He must have some serious hand-eye coordination to get away with that.

It's becoming increasingly frustrating listening to the standard of Commentary in the Darts world at the moment,I started watching and playing darts in 2006 and fell in love with the game Immediately. It was such a romantic sport with pure drama that was made possible by the style of commentary, They created Drama and understood the game. Calling shot by shot down to a double in every leg.Over the last few years it's been in rapid decline,now it's about creating narratives around each player with a constant bombardment of semi-Irrelevant statistics NON STOP average referencing and tour/tv form successes or struggles, All have witch have their place,but for the love of god talk about the game at hand before they shoot for the double.

No, not really, he is not so much slower than Wright or Taylor. His movement is quite strange, that's why it irritates people i think.
