You have to find the secret treasure map hidden in the level connecting to this one. It's Glittertown, and you can see exactly where that map is if you watch the video I have of it.
Nice video again. You must have memorized all those invisible (when not lighted) platforms where start and where end. Inside the pipe room, can you get infinite coins or it drys out after few earthquake hits?

Er, is that written out in English like that in the game, or are you trying to romanize the Kanji? Whatever the case, it's probably supposed to be close to "Las Vegas".
If I remember correctly, it's only accessible on the run back after freeing the sprite fellow. So... you're limit is the time, really. I doubt if it dries up.

The escape theme was added to the Media Room, not the area theme.
The Secret Map was shown at 5:10 to 5:12.
