Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Here's Why Haryana Is Challenging For BJP

- As per The Quint and India Today reports Haryana is witnessing an intense political battle with 10 seats going to polls in the sixth phase on May 25. The Bharatiya Janata Party and its allies swept the state in 2014 and 2019.
This time, however, its aircraft is facing heavy turbulence. The recent political developments are indicative of deeper issues facing the BJP government.
Less than two months ago, the BJP replaced Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar with Nayab Singh Saini.
However, this change has not stabilized the government. In a significant blow, three Independent MLAs have withdrawn their support, reducing the government to a minority.
This crisis is a symptom of larger problems plaguing the state, particularly in rural areas where there is widespread unrest due to agrarian distress and a severe lack of job opportunities.

The fact that Congress fully supported the Kisan Andolan when it first started in 2020/2021 indicates that it had already kicked off their electoral campaign against BJP early enough to strengthen their anti BJP stance to the level which it has already reached, enough to kick out BJP not only from Haryana but other agrarian states being Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar to some extent and even Maharasthra
