When I installed this same kit on my 2022 a few weeks ago.. I ran into the same problem getting the intercooler & fan assembly to fit. The fan & intercooler "did not" go into place per the instructions (as a complete unit). Rather than cut the chassis, I slipped the fan down through the chassis/ mounts (sat it on the motor) and then installed the intercooler on the frame mounts. From under, I installed/ attached the fan to the intercooler. Also, RPM logo on intercooler "does not" face the back of the car per instructions, mine faced forward towards the back seat. In addition, the turbo to intercooler charge tube was about 1" short of seating where it should be on the turbo...it took a lot of pulling and cussing to get it to fit. I don't like it, but that's just the way it fit!!! Nice quality parts, but damn, it was a pain to install.
