Strawberry Jam
12 oz. of strawberries diced
1/4 cup of sweetener
1/3 cup of water
3 TB. chia seeds
In a small sauce, pan, combine diced strawberries, and sweetener. Bring to a boil until softened and becomes slightly thickened. (5 min.) Add water and Chia seeds and bring to a boil. Cooking one to two minutes. Then remove from heat and jar.

Strawberry picking was the best! I remember the farmer asking if we had eat any while we were picking and of course my sister and I would be standing there with stained lips and face AND our shirts would have strawberry juice down the front of them. The farmer would just laugh and my Dad would always pay for an extra quart of berries. They were just so irresistible! YUM!😜

Hey Karen, Thank You for another great video. I completely understand getting behind. When I get my Granddaughters ( ages11&9) I focus on them and tend to fall behind and boy let me tell you at almost 64 yrs old what I use to do in a day takes me a full week to get done. I’m trying to teach myself to slow down and just breathe. I’ve always been a person that does everything on schedule and now I’m trying to understand that I don’t have to do that. It’s just 2 of us and we can do things at a different pace. Iam trying to enjoy this stage of life. God Bless. Sending love all the way from Alabama, Chrissie ♥️🙏

dont know if we have Maltesers here but we have Whoppers, loved em for many yrs. they use to have a malted milk mix, so good for making milk or a malt. I was at my Hobby Lobby today and Fall is 40 percent off. I bought a few cream velvet pumpkins and I just finished making a fall project for my breakfast sideboard.
