Practice doesn’t make perfect...it creates habits!

Ask yourself....Why do I practice? Is it because you feel obligated to attend or do you go to actually improve. Understand that I whatever you are at practice you will be at competition. If winning is the goal then you must first win at practice! So next time you go to practice go with a plan!
