    That's an amazing transformation . . You took a rather ordinary condo and turned it into a home . . Bravo!

    This place needs way more ceiling lighting. Way more!

      The floor to ceiling windows generate tons of natural light during the day. We like to incorporate indirect back lighting in key areas to give it that glowing look. Maybe you just have to be there to appreciate. I would love to show it to you in person, then you can give me your honest opinion. I feel like you might change your mind. Thanks for your feedback!

    No fire sprinklers in the building?

      Yes, I do remember seeing fire suppression system by the front door. I'm not sure where else in the unit they have them. I can find out though. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks!

    Like what you did with the place. Seems to be very few options for condos in Luxury high rises "on the strip" with a walk score like City Center.......am I missing anything?

      Thanks! We take a lot of pride in our work. This tower is actually about 2 miles from the strip. There are plenty of options on the strip, but prices tend to be much higher. Are you looking for something on the strip? I have a couple I can send you.

    What's the AirBnB or VRBO policy there?

    • @Bryan_Knisley
      @Bryan_Knisley  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      They have a 6 month minimum for leases. No short term rentals.

      @@Bryan_KnisleyAs they well should.
      Most of us are sick of these individual platform rental business models.
      And by the time you end up paying all the extra fees for an Airbnb, you often might as well have paid for a hotel room and had much better expectation of privacy too... search the internet for all the hidden camera finds that are common in these type of platform rentals.

    You can make a nice unit but that building is just so dated, everything needs a huge overall. Decent property and unit but the building is too aged and dated.

      Thank you! I get what you are saying about the tower. However, we find the majority of the owners in the tower love the "old Vegas" vibe and it's what attracts them to this tower. It really does feel like a time warp back to old school Vegas. I get it though, it's not for everyone.

    Too many mixed flooring, the place looks antiquated.

      Hmm... I'm curious as to what you saw. We have the same premium engineered oak hardwood floors throughout the entire unit. Only the bathrooms differ, as they are wet areas and require tile. We put wood plank like tile flooring in the baths. Do you not like the engineered hardwood or the tile?
