Thank you for this beautiful series. I feel so at peace watching each of them. The perfect thing to alleviate stress through Covid 19 plus our American Presidential election, Florida Strong.

Loving every chapter. All, a mixture of pain and pleasure, like in real life.
    Thank you much 😊

these days, TV is void of decent family drama like this. there needs to be more.

Such a shame she was a great addition to the story and I enjoyed her being in the series.

I feel like the writers have finally found a good path for this series.

Death is part of life. In the end, Addie accomplished the thing that was the very most important to her.

What's up with the beginning? One minute Granny is taste testing veg, the next, it's raining and Brian and Granny are down at the river getting Molly. Creative editing due to copywrite?

I hate the way they script Brian's character as being such a Jerk, Why script an old man having suffered for 50 years being accused of a crime and then leave him hurt by unkind words??

Even when you see dementia in your own family it's hard to recognize...the condition comes and goes and gets worse towards evening.

This is a lovely drama, but clearly, scenes have been cut. Can't watch it cause it's annoying me 😢

Why.. why people crave leaving us emotional? 🤧😭
I imagine lots but one thing I keep blocking.. leaving my only son behind .. someday!
I pray for us everyday. I know we’ll be ok. God’s willing.
Do you want to read something ironic?
There is this lady who’s a friend to the family.. she is ill but hanging on. She’s had a daughter who was ill too but not as ill as her mum. I used to pray for the mum so her daughter would have her in her life longer. The lady gave birth to 2 children only .. a daughter and a son. The daughter never married and so I was worried about her living alone after the mum was gone so I kept praying. Turned out all the time I was praying for the wrong person. The daughter accidentally passed one late night in the ER .. after she slid at the bathroom door cutting her calf and bumping her head hard.
    😑
    *bitter silence*
    Ironic..
    No further comment...

I generally find pleasure in watching this series, yet I have one concern that troubles me. There exists so much shouting and arguing that it disturbs me, and takes away from the overall gental ambience of the program's premise. I do know that there exists conflict in folks' lives! I have so gladly welcomed a myriad of British TV series into my home since the beginning of COVID-19 restrictions. And I can hardly find decent US programs to view nowadays!

I feel the same way. The father's constant emotional outbursts are really draining to watch. Every episode. Instead of being a relaxing ambiance, like you say, I come away feeling tense. How tiresome always to have to have this character be so emotional.

American shows are trash now...very sad state of affairs.
I'm not sure if its art imitating life or the other way around?
Our country is going through a very hollow and horrible period in time.
      Just an example:
I make an appointment to get a free hair cut consultation...over the internet.
I do this because I don't want to barge in...they have NO receptionist...just one person cutting hair in the back.
The shop is right around the corner.
The free 10 minute consult they offer is nice,
because I haven't had a professional cut in almost 10 years
and myself and my hair have been through the wars..
HOWEVER...after the free consult, and making the appointment with the stylist IN PERSON....
I receive NO LESS than 7 texts! and 4 emails!
AND one of my CC is linked to the barber's payment account without my choice OR permission...
      I intended to pay cash.
AND I ALSO receive a letter in the mail about this too!
So 12 unnecessary & unwanted contacts regarding a one hour haircut appointment I made in person???
      It's like harassment,
      it's like I'm scheduling SURGERY.....
It's like their time is FAR more valuable than mine!....all for the sake of a ONE HOUR bloody haircut??!!
This is not how life used to be.
Salons could afford staff....someone to greet you while the stylists were working,
The stylist also didn't wash your hair themselves..their trainee did.
AND if you stopped by the shop...you didn't feel like you were interrupting someone else's appointment by simply existing.

Indeed there are, and the rest of Series 2 will be uploaded in due course, but each episode requires a small amount of editing which slows the process unfortunately. Watch this space for more episodes of this great little series!
