Vertigo 2 "No Death" Run (Part 1, VR Co-op)

The last Steam Achievement I need for Vertigo 2 is the "Immortal" achievement, you get it for starting a new save slot and completing the game without dying. So I dedicated all of today (December 13th, 2023) to teaming up with ThatOneTyler and getting through the entire game with only small breaks and no quitting. Vertigo 2 has a cool feature where the VR player can summon a drone companion that a screen mode player can control (Tyler in this instance) that is how he joined my journey. If you haven't played Vertigo 2 I highly recommend you do before watching my videos on it, it's a great VR experience.

hey how do you set up the co-op?
i get as far as accepting the remote play invite, and pressing "a to continue"
then im just watching my friend from their VR perspective.
the only button i can click is "press back for virtual controller"
i do that. and nothing really happens.
any idea what im doing wrong?

Have your VR friend pause the game and click the little camera icon that shows up in the corner of the menu. They can select the security drone option there, and you'll (hopefully) be able to play with them. If this doesn't work, use something like parsec.

@@mementomori9355 tyvm. I also realized that you can no longer have them join in the title screen. They have to join in the level
