STRAWBERRY CRUNCH CUPCAKES

Hey Guys! Today, I'm gonna show you how I made my strawberry crunch cupcakes that taste just like the Good Humor brand strawberry eclair ice cream!
CRUMBLE RECIPE:
1 box strawberry Jell-o mix
1 box vanilla pudding Jell-o mix
2 1/2 sticks of unsalted or salted butter
2 1/4 cup of flour
Mix it up until it becomes crumbly/well combined
Heat your oven to 300-350
Line baking sheet w parchment/wax paper
Time for 6-8 minutes
Set aside to cool for 30-45 minutes plopping it in the fridge after 15 minutes
Put into food processor, blend and done!
I iced my cupcakes with pillsbury Cream Cheese icing

What if you don't have a food processor ?

You can put it in a ziplock bag and crush it up by hand or use a mallet like the ones you use to tenderize chicken.
