Thank you for putting this together. Wow, complete with matching photo to each show. Nice touch! I used to fall asleep to these shows back in the late 60's early 70's while listening to my Solid State portable radio from Sears. Ahhh they take me back. I had them on all night last night. : D
I love mystery theater. Ive enjoyed it since the 70's. They were so scary. .. the acting is very well done.the foley artists arr excellent. Finding the theater again is priceless to me.. I love leaving things to ur imagination... the best
I love the music and sound effects they are both excellent. In the past 20 years I paid for cable TV only about 2 months and that was in the 1990s. I wish more people knew about this shows.these shows should have been put on CD over 20 years ago. Sadly these shows were meant for people over 35 years old in the 1970s and a lot of those fans are deceased.
Julian Small oh come on you had to discover mystery theater some way most likely through the internet. These shows should have been put on CD or aired on radio 20 years ago and far more people would be aware of mystery theater now.a

Remarkably, there was no significant injury or damage anywhere else in the Hawaiian Islands."
CBS Mystery Theater was a breath of fresh air on broadcast radio. I enjoyed it from the begining to the end. Radio has become the vast wasteland of entertainment.

These radio dramas are so professionally done. I used to listen to them at bedtime when I was in junior high school.
Without doubt the best radio show bar none ever played over the airways. It has many close seconds but it'll wear the crown in my world anyway!!

The original date this episode was on my birthday, 20 years before I was born!! 😬November 11 1994!!

Julian Small ,SIRUS satellite radio has a "Old Time Radio" station 24 hours a day, for about 12 years now.
