I find the drones of F8 without F4 in the background to be so melancholically soothing. It’s like allowing your Brain to just take a breather for a few minutes before the chaos finally unfolds and the horrors await you.
You can interpret it in a number of ways. It could make you feel protected by something bigger and more powerful than you, or it can give you a feeling of dread as if you’re bracing for something you can’t prevent.
Always love coming back to this bit, the droning is so calming and relaxing; the kind of thing I want in the background. If this was to be completed, if I am to take the "still in progress" as it's still not done, I surely look forward to it.
The track Is still called “Burning Despair Does Ache”. Also I have to admit how surprisingly clever a name it is. It calls back to the name of the very first track in the album, “It’s Just a Burning Memory” as well as the name of the original song it was sampled from, “Heartaches”. Even the track “Aching Cavern Without Lucidity” makes reference to the same song.
@@EnderWarden Basically, when you listen to Stages 4-6 you will be bombarded with many sharp and unrecognizable notes. But if you listen close enough, sometimes there is a background droning to make the insanity more complete. That’s why in J1, when the notes stop glitching a lot, there is still noise. It’s the droning and it has such a weird effect on the whole track
Well, using this wouldn't be sampling from me. You would be sampling from F8. All I did was try and isolate a piece of work that was ultimately done by somebody else.

It feels your at circus (idk, how I feel) and a show is about to start, lights everywhere blinding you, and it all feels like a dream
Stage 7 - A Great Welcome to a Sad End
This is really awesome well done!
I feel at peace, like watching or experimenting something bigger than us, protecting us.

okay how do you recreate this so good
this sounds so peaceful yet so destructive
Thank you so much for making this. It’s really calming
This is great, bravo!
I can still hear the music on the second attempt, but it is gone, there is nothing left.
i can hear still hear F8 in attempt 2
oh but its so silent
Yeah, because it's a work in progress, as the description says.

Very nice!
i can just barely make out f4 during the drones in the first attempt
I can in both
Me too. That later one that is.
Kinda sounds like a place in the world fades away
the part of the organ segment

It was sampled for multiple parts of Stage 6, including “Place in the World Fades Away”.

@@harry.t.radio95237nope. The last time any form of heartaches appears is in O1
you should do the i1 drones next

Actually, you can hear it throughout the second attempt. It’s Very faint though, and barely audible.
What is a drone in eateot? I keep hearing this term
A drone is a single note that drags on for a long time
A drone is a note with inf reverb I think
although I don't think mournful camaraderie sounds like a note with infinite reverb
@@gluonic example in eateot?
@@EnderWarden There is a lot of drones in Synapse retrogenesis and Place in the world fades away, these are some more examples

What app did you use
I wonder how these drones were made anyway. Or did they just use a synthesiser.
Kind of. He convolved F4 to a synth cord he made
Can i use this for my EATEOT-fan album?

@@zachman7479 so yes?
@@i_am_secretly_uncool i can't see why not since i'm pretty sure kirby himself said that he doesn't copyright his work and that it's free use

@@milkman1981 And? Seger Ellis’s heartaches is from 1920. People didn’t do copyright back then.
Now that I think about it, this could actually be used for some pretty good sample flips. Just saying.
he used a vst for this right?
