    The Art Of Letting Go
Letting go is not a “doing” to get rid of or release something.
Letting go simply consists of not clinging onto what is transient; not attaching yourself to that which is temporary and bound to come and go.
    Attachment binds. Resisting also binds.
Living in acceptance on the other hand, allows what comes to go in peace. It enables the recognition of flow and the opportunity to place yourself in harmony with that flow.
In today’s video, I share with you:
    1. What it means to live in this sort of acceptance.
    2. How it will benefit you.
    3. How to practice it with consistency until it becomes the only way you know how to live.
It is another recording of a live call from my Higher Consciousness Shift Program, packed with value.

You have the power. Change your state of mind FROM.."I'm trying" to: I AM coping well with my father leaving the physical.
Sit silently. Ask your dad if he is there..and wait for him to say yes.
We are all one. Death is simply leaving the body. We still exist in spirit...in the subconscious realm.
I talked to my dad. He told me to be happy and live life fully and he will see me when I leave my body.
Its easy to do. Know it works and look for him to communicate with you. 😘

@@ant856 Thank you for your kind words!
I can reach the state of I Am only when I meditate. I'm still dealing with the identification of my ego to the people I love when I am a "conscious" state (no meditative state). I've talked to my dad in lucid dreams/astral projection, but I'm sure it was only my mind playing games with me. I don't believe a person stay like they used to be after leaving this world (a spirit with intact memories). I believe they exist, but not the way we know. I've had some experiences that indicate a deceased person doesn't keep their memories. Which makes me sadder. I know. it's just my attachment to my dad and I have to overcome it. We're all one, but I still identify myself with my memories.
Again, thank you for your kind words. And I'm sorry for your loss as well ^^

@@Amelia_PC It's not that when we pass away, we don't keep their memories. It's that the memories and our live is seen as it is - a dream. The love we have shared sings in us, always.

Acceptance is just another word for being aware of being present here and now. We don't really need this word, but the mind likes to create all sort of dualistic situations. So along with resistance, it created also acceptance.

Allow everything to be as it is= this phrase and a guide to effective meditation is another way to view letting go.Letting still has an element of agency/doing, or activity of directing attention(strictly, attention is directed awareness). By allowing to be, including thoughts, takes us deeper to awareness/emptiness.
But it’s important to note that as powerful as allowing to be is as a practice, it requires a secondary 180 degree turn away from all external phenomena including the mind body, towards the deep sleep state which is eternally present within us, The Self, I Am That, etc.

Dude, please. You left out the physical sensations.
    That's the most important part!!!!!
You keep referencing emotions, feelings etc. You never specified PHYSICAL SENSATIONS ONLY.
    Tightness in the chest,
    Stiff neck,
    Heat in the legs,
    Quivery stomach,
    Sweaty palms.
    . . .
It's more specific than you eluded to.
You go to the physical sensations only.
if you think I missed it, watch again, because you never said physical sensations.
    .
. Guys, please just go watch Dr. Hawkins explain it himself in his archived office series. On TH-cam.
I believe you may be leading people to a place of "flatness" that Hawkins warns of.
Please just watch Hawkins archival office series if you wanna get it right.
    Its important.
    All the best.

hi,bro. I used the skill that you teach about(when you feel the feeling ,just relax body where you feel),it made me feel i force myself to relax to let go.
here is the opinion about letting go
You don't need to do anything, including you actively let your body relax, because anything you do to your emotions means you're fighting your emotions.
So I think letting go means you don't need to do anything and let your mental reaction continue. Only you let your emotions continue to go on in your body, letting the ups and downs happen until the emotion dissipates at its own pace.
You see, let go means you let go and let the emotion do its own thing, go away or not, it's the emotion's own thing, not ours, we just need to give space for them to ebb and flow and dissipate on their own.
The above is my view of the principle of let go, the summary is that you let go and let the emotions do their own thing.
How exactly do you do it in practice?
    1. feel where your body can feel the emotion
    2. Ask yourself if you can let the feeling continue (if there is resistance, ask yourself if you can let the resistance continue, and then you have a reaction, continue to let him continue)
    3. keep repeating the above steps until the emotion dissipates on its own.
    This method works for me
The letting go that this guy is talking about is actually from the lester leverson, the release method, the gift that these amazing big guys have given to our world. He advises us to pursue our inner self without the limitations of our outer self and thoughts.
It reminds me that we humans are all driven by our own genetic desires (to survive and reproduce), and lester freed him of the genetic limitations.
    Looking forward to your communication

Even when i get this far and it comes up and im feeling it very strongly and im just observing it it goes from 100 to 0 real quick and i feel nothing again then it comes goes to 80 again and then it leaves very quickly and im still focused and relaxing and observing the sensations. Im laying down for 2 hours or even more und end up not even letting go properly. What can i do to stop this and get better at letting the feeling stay and to stop my thoughts distracting me
