      Hi Mike. "SNS" stands for 'Station Name Sign", which is the name of the location as indicated in the railroad's time table. In my videos, I use it as a way to indicate the approximative location of the train. For example, please refer to the CN Prince George Subdivision time table related to this video:

      @@canadianrailroadadventures I'm amused with myself when I know a term, but when I see the acronym, I go blank.
      I was like that when I read a social media post that mentioned stuff like "M.B. 101" and I finally asked and learned that "M.B." is "Mile Board" which is the same meaning as "Mile Post."
