They didn't change Bruce much. His core personality is exactly the same, they just added a bit of a different flair by showing how immature he would be after growing up without parents.
It is a multiversal rule that Alfred Pennyworth is not the butler to mess with! He was in the army and MI6 people, and helped Bruce on so many cases before he got Robin.
I keep saying this he is not a butler butlers do not travel with there employers they do not stand in boardroom meeting he was and is the Wynn family bodyguard
He’s also a Theater Major and qualified for the olympics before he even joined the army. I think it was gymnastics or fencing, or both. It’s Alfred, he can do anything.
Wow...The Spanish Subtitles actually give translations that make the Anagram Work. I'm impressed when they do that instead of just translating the words point for point.
Ok so I just found this clip today and was looking for a part that covers just this kitchen scene. But the fact that the translators actually made the acronym work in Spanish is ... pretty awesome.
Not really Harley could basically use her like a cop use a CI. This version of ivy isn’t really as batshit crazy as some versions of her for the most part she keeps collateral damage to a minimum and dosent hurt people unless she has to so keeping her in charge of the bad guys keeps them in line and when they go to far gives her a source of info
I didn't know that. Beckett was overshadowed by Davy Jones and Barbossa but he was pretty cool in his own right. He was a complete psychopath who didn't have the flair of Jones and Barbossa but also came across as more realistic since real life psychopaths can hide in plain sight and gain high positions.
It fits remember ivy is a Eco warrior/terrorist thoses herbs were either mass harvest or transplant somewhere and grown in the first place the animals that feed on it and the other plants in the area would suffer in the second you risk changing the ecosystem of where you transplant them the chicken on the other hand is no longer a wild animal you don’t find them in nature anymore there sole purpose is to be eaten
Ivys diet depends on which version she is but in this specific version I don’t think she eats meat because she was playing around with the meat on her salad plate. Regardless she would probably have more of an issue with herbs in a perfume product because they can cause environmental damage or because plants to her are like babies so perfumes are baby soup
What is with poor Harley & old people? First her grand parents, the Cy (kinda) & the season three episode one with the Queen happened in the same year (Iknow it's not the same but you gotta admit it's a particular kind of Effed up) & now Alfred?! (Again, I know it's not literal but still).

Advising Harely to be a "bitch", to have tea (which is ambiguous because Alfred is British, who are known for their love of tea, but the term "tea" has also become associated with contemporary gay culture). He apparently does not like any of Bruce Wayne's girlfriends. He's also fastidious, neat, an organized which is common trope for gay men but would also be expected qualities of a butler so that may not count for much as far as hints go. Not that it really matters that much, I enjoy this depiction of the character regardless, just an observation.
