You cna shoot Mama Watson through the window, then both her and her belongings will respawn without penalty (beyond loosing some honor when you shoot her)
You can get Callaway's Scofield (The best Revolver in the game) by walking into the saloon by walling past Calloway & the writer, pistol whipping the bartender. He'll run out the back door, you'll chase after him for a short time, then return to the saloon. When you go back inside Calloway & the writer will both be standing up. You pistol-whip Calloway until he falls, & you can just pick up his Scofield. Then you can get the free standard Scolfield from the locked room in whichever store it's at in Valentine. I highly recommend watching a tutorial video on getting Calloway's Scolfield, 'cause it's very easy to mess up. I've played through this entire game more times than I can even remember, & 100%-ed the whole thing, & I just found out about this a few days ago. I couldn't believe it actually worked. I just did it earlier this week when I started a new playthrough. It's pretty awesome, & once you get your secondary holster, you've got the best revolver in the game, & another regular Scolfield ready to go/dualweild. You can do it as soon as the Gunslingers "mission" shows up on your map in Valentine. -

You can rob a Rhodes Gunsmith from the very start of Chapter 2. In my opinion only Semi-Auto Shotgun and Lancaster are worth the effort. Also you can rob a Doctors side business in Valentine and get Schofield also from the start of Chapter 2. I have been carrying Micha's Revolver from Chapter 1. Now I am mid way in Chapter 2 and have dual wielding John's Catleman revolvers, Hoseas Rolling Block Rifle, Sheriff's Malloy Bolt Action Rifle, Machete and other guns you collect through story.
You can actually get the rolling block early in chapter 2. Do the Hosea mission where you hunt the bear. When prompted to finish the hunt or go back to camp , choose go back to camp. As soon as Hosea gets off his horse, jump on from your horse and ride just outside camp where the burned trees are. Hop off and throw dynamite at his horse. It will kill the horse but it will respawn. When it dies the rolling block will be on the ground. Just go pick it up. I’ve done 17 play throughs and just found out about this one and tried it on my 18th. Works like a charm. Just make sure you go buy dynamite from the Rhodes or St Denis fence first.

I don't get it. You start the game with a carbine repeater. So why go through all the trouble of finding another one?
Sometimes changing guns is faster than reloading that’s why u see in real life that ppl have side arms as well as there main weapon
The Lancaster Reapeater is a better gun too.

You can only find it in a certain mission, but I meant the weapons that are hidden in the game map
You have to reach a certain chapter and play a mission to receive it. The mission where you’re looking for the three bad guys in a corn field.
