Soothing and exquisite performance by 5 elegant figures in the center 😍. Classy incorporation by our Kami Band on both sides (4 guitars in total) ❤ Various elements were mixed and sublimed into one beauty by means of something like alchemy. The actual applause at the end of the song was much much much bigger than that recorded in this video.
Good reaction. This song is actually 5 years old, it was on the 2019 album Metal Galaxy. Tim Henson (yes I believe his was an 8 string guitar) and Scott le Page provided the guitar arrangements and recorded them for the original recording, this was the first time they had managed to meet up to play it live together. The Metal Galaxy album has two distinct halves - the "Light Side" (which is where this track comes from) is more about the electronic, pop and softer side of what BABYMETAL do as well as exploring different musical styles from around the world. The 'Dark Side' is heavier and has the album's more metal oriented songs. More songs like this? Not exactly, making songs that all sound alike is not what BABYMETAL do of course. Same sort of atmosphere perhaps ... try 'From Dusk Till Dawn' live at Budokan 2021.

As well as heavy hitters like 'METAL KINGDOM', 'Divine Attack' and 'Monochrome'.
What is great about Babymetal doing collabs they try often to take the style of the other bands and fit themselves into their style. Polyphia's Tim said: this feels like a Polyphia song with Japanese vocals. I think this really made team Babmetal happy, because I think that's what they set out to do. Which I have to believe can't be easy to pull off so often and get right. Maybe closest in Babymetal style to this song, is the only song which has never been performed live: Babymetal ↑↓←→BBAB
