Schweißkurse und Oldtimerseminare
• Fügen von Blechteilen, MIG-Hartlöten, MAG, WIG oder Autogenschweißen mit und ohne Zusatzmaterial
• Reproduktion von Karosserieteilen, Tür-Haut, Schweller usw.
• Motorradtank oder Motorradkotflügel
• Das Anfertigen von einfachen Schablonen
• Blechen treiben auf dem Klopp Sack oder Holzklotz
• Walzen von Blech, mit dem English-Wheel
• Bleche bearbeiten mit dem Stauch- und Streck Gerät
• Arbeiten mit der Sickenmaschine
• Beim Mitbringen eigener Blechteile, zum Beispiel eine Tür oder Haube, das Ausbeulen von Flächen
• Das Schlichten mit der Karosseriefeile
• Mit Flamme stauchen von (Spring)beulen
• Wie immer könnt Ihr eigene Schweißgeräte mitbringen, bitte vorher angeben
Las-cursus en Old-timer Workshops, aleen een op een ( een deelnemer en de docent )
• Samenvoegen van plaatwerkdelen, MIG-hardsolderen, MAG, TIG of Autogeen lassen met en zonder toevoeg materiaal
• Reproductie van carrosseriedelen, bijvoorbeeld, deurhuid, dorpels, enz.
• Motortank of motorspatbord
• Eenvoudige sjablonen maken
• Plaat drijven op de klopzak of op het houten blok
• Plaatwerk walsen, met het English-Wheel
• Plaat bewerken met het krimp en rekapparaat
• Werken met de kralenmachine
• Bij het zelf meenemen van plaatwerkdelen, bijvoorbeeld een deur en/of motor of kofferdeksel, het uitdeuken van oppervlakken
• Afwerking met de carrosserievijl
• “Kikkers”, krimpen met de vlam
• Zoals altijd, kun je je eigen lasapparaat meenemen, laat het mij van tevoren weten

Aangezien de maatregelen versoepeld zijn wil ik graag de cursussen lassen en plaatbewerking weer hervatten mogelijkheid om eigen plaatwerk mee te nemen voor reparatie en eigen lasapparaat om te oefenen.

• Assemblage de pièces de tôlerie, brasage MIG, soudage MAG, TIG
Soudure autogène avec et sans matériau supplémentaire
• Reproduction de parties de carrosserie, revêtement de porte, seuils de porte, etc.

Good evening Mobylas, really beautiful panel work and fitment. You really have your wire welder kicking it. That welding is beautiful. What type of wire and size is it. The wire size i use is 0,8 mm (0,0314961 inch)
I have tried to find the same welding wire that i use in the USA and in the UK, but i did not find it (yet)
It is a special welding wire for car body / coachwork.
This wire welds better to rusty metal and also when there are still rests of paint, and bodycoting, on the panel.
Ofcourse one should always trie to clean as much as is possible.
Also it welds better on to zinck platet panels ( although i think one should not do that ! )
And it welds better on to primed panels.
So, as you can see , "good Stuff".
The alloy is Ti, stands for Titanium.

Good evening again, I forgot to ask you where you get that wire? Definitely hard to find in the States. I just rewatched this video for your tips and tricks. I really like the way you use the copper strips to help with your welding. Take care.

It is a Cathodic dip coating, known as CDC.

Good afternoon Norbert, another great way to make a pattern for sheet metal work. I know I have asked you before about the coachbuilding welding wire that you use. Any idea about where you got it and part number and aws number? You really have great results with it. You take care and good luck.

This is a 15 Kg, could be that you don´t need so much, a 5 Kg would be enough for a "Hobby-welder".

Hallo Norbert, ist schon eine Weile her, dass ich bei Dir war. (Den Kurs kann ich auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen! Man sollte die Chance nutzen noch von ihm zu lernen!) Wir hatten im Kurs leider nicht mehr so viel Zeit auf das CuSi Löten einzugehen (auch eigentlich nicht Teil des Kurses gewesen, sondern als AddOn für die besonders Schnellen zu denen ich leider nicht gehörte). Die Vorteile bezüglich des niedrigeren Schmelzpunktes sind verständlich und es ist super leicht verzugsfrei und ohne Löcher damit dünne Materialien zusammen zu kleben. Als Laie ganz Naiv gefragt, wieso also nicht auch den Stoß zwischen den beiden Kotflügelteilen löten sondern schweissen? Reicht da die Festigkeit sonst nicht aus, ist ja dann doch nur kleben und nicht verbinden? Ist es verboten? Die Erklärung fehlt mir immer etwas, wenn man CuSi anpreist. Es gibt auch durchaus Videos auf TH-cam in denen auf Stoß Karosserieteile gelötet werden. Würde mich interessieren. Vielen Dank für das super Video!

Mit ein Überlapp funktioniert das Hartlöten am besten.
Dann kann man auch alles verschleifen.
Bei eine Naht auf stoß, müsste die Material zugabe stehen bleiben.
Die Zugkraft von CuSi ist nicht so hoch wie die von Stahl.

Ich habe diese Stelle schon etliche Male repariert, aber ich wäre nie auf die Idee gekommen die Bleche selber zu machen, weil es viele Reproblche gibt, die besser sind als das was man hier im Video sieht.
Nicht falsch verstehen, aber der 914 ist mittlerweile einfach zu schade für solche Art von Reparatur. Wenn man sich alleine schon die Griffmulde ansieht, kann man schon von Weiten sehen, dass das vorne und hinten nicht passt. Selbst wenn jetzt wieder mit Zinn aufgefüllt werden sollte, hätte man sich die Arbeit gleich sparen können, oder einfach ein passendes Repblech nehmen können.
Schade um das Auto, wirklich !
Schade das Du von deine "etliche reparaturen" dann keine Video´s gemacht hast....
Das ich selber die Bleche anfertige ist weil ich es nur zeigen möchte WIE man es macht....
Kaufen kann ja jeder, und die Repro-Teilen passen ja auch nicht.....
So,so von weiten schon.....na ja, ich lade Dir ein .....
Um das Auto ist es nicht schade, denn es war der auftrag vom Kunde es genau so zu machen.
Das Auto wird bei Rennen eingesetzt, und is mittlerweile schon wieder ein paar mal repariert..... ; )
Es wurden über 120.000 Auto´s gebaut, halt also nichts besonderes.
Wenn wir unter eine Stückzahl von 500 gebaute Autos kommen wird es Interessant, alles andere ist massenware..... ; )
