Excellent video. From my own experience, both in creativity as well as sales it's rarely about the best solution, it's about the best solution within the constraints. And there are always constraints, but sometimes you need to drag them out of the client.

May I make a request for more videos discussing common pros and cons of new build designs, 'trends' popular modern building methods, new materials used, new standards/regs required, compared to how it was done before so to speak.
