- Yes it's railing, because the Rorsch MK-4 railgun. If the railgun was so easy to use I don't think I would be given so many opportunities to do this to pilots in Battlefield 2042. Don't get me wrong I'd prefer if both the railgun and railtank didn't exist in BF2042 but trying to get them removed seems to be as futile as it is to get DICE to remove the main gun seat on the TRANSPORT aircrafts...
I was asked before if I ever kill the players I steal choppers or vehicles from with said chopper or vehicle, yeah sometimes but it's not something I actively go for. Instead it's usually happy little accidents :)

I remember the first time I booted up bf1 on pc I ran into Ravic and Mus1ck on fort vaux and I was so excited lol. What are the odds they are in my same game on the very first one I join.

Not sure if you had any issues lately Rav to do with the latency, i was getting 30ms ping last night but servers all felt like 120-180. Felt it real bad with dying to tanks whilst behind cover, no explosions, no screen shake, wasn't even splash damage, just instant death. Everyone felt like bullet sponges, Dice gone and done something their end i feel.
Ravic, I’ve seen a few of your videos over the years.
My favorite one was where you were playing Flood Zone, and you had a very good aim, even back then.

I don't understand how to unlock the second portion of the Rorsch gun? Rail gun? I have the full first section to unlock.

I love how easy it's become to snipe them, I'm surprised more people arent using this thing.
It makes sniping easier but there's just something about the sound of a bolt action that is gratifying.
You are seriously underestimating Ravic's sniping skills here. The Rorsch does have a very fast muzzle velocity but the skill needed to hit fast moving chopper pilots is not easy to develop and takes a lot of aiming practice in game.
I am at level 192 with the Rorsch and I manage to snipe pilots out only once every 3 or 4 matches. Sure, I tag them once or twice each match, but headshotting them even with the Rorsch so consistently is NOT easy.

Ravic, have you checked to see if the railgun or anti-material sniper can shoot out pilots from behind or where they’re obstructed behind the vehicle itself?
On second thought seeing a thin yellow handrail stop a railgun shot on a person makes me think its not possible nevermind.
If the chopper is in motion or moving fast enough yes you can shoot the pilots out from behind because their infantry player hitboxes are lagging so far behind and out of the chopper. It's the same way or the same reason people can shoot out pilots in BFV even though the windows are completely bullet proof. I've hit the hitbox of a player lagging out the bottom of the Hokum, meaning the infantry player hitbox was lagging so far behind or so badly they were full Flintstones driving with their legs sticking through the floor. I've said it before but I'll say it again the vehicles in BF2042 move too fast and are too agile for the engine to keep up with current hardware available to users/players.
@@RavicI feel like the old Battlefield 4 Little Birds could maneuver up and down quicker, making it harder to snipe them if they knew what your intentions were.
@@chadantonio The US scout chopper in BF4 was the faster and more mobile chopper as far as scout choppers go in that game but it still wasn't even close to the speed and maneuverability of the scout chopper in BF2042. I'm all for going back to BF4's or BF3's version of choppers ( for a lot of reasons ) but I'm pretty sure the vehicle mains of BF2042 would whine and cry to the ends of the earth to keep their OP vehicles, the power creep between BF4->BF1->BFV->BF2042 is unreal and they wouldn't be able to handle going back to less powerful versions like in BF3/BF4. We'll have to wait for DICE to reboot again like they did before and reset the levels.

The Rorsch is hard to use without the 6x scope. At least for me.
Ive found the 3.5 scope to be the easiest to use. Until i got the 6x thermal one. Which i actually prefer over the regular 6x.

its kinda dead as far as i can tell you gotta remember although all chat is back its not enabled by default meaning you gotta manually enable it and lets be honest aint nobody or very little are gonna bother
The all chat function or feature isn't on by default and the game has been out for over a year before DICE decided for some reason to put it back into the game so the people who would likely react are used to not using all chat for the game and aren't the type to be aware they need to turn it on.

ravic this is just mean with how often you get this number of kills on pilots. I mean, i really hate dealing with air based vehicles but this is just mean.
In the videos it looks so easy, I wish I could do the same but it's hard as fuck XD
You just gotta lead your shot and account for bullet drop. Remain calm, steady, and always attempt to take a shot. That's how you get better at it.
