It's 1:56 a.m. And I'm casually sitting here surfing the web while this song is playing in the background then I suddenly break out into praise and sing "wrap me in your Arms Lord" then I felt the presence of The Lord wrapping his arms around me...5seconds in Steffany sings those exact words. Shaking as I'm typing this. God is real...love that I get to encounter Him in different ways!!!

There’s this guy in my church. His relationship with God is strong. And we both fell for each other. I love him. But God said to let go for I am not yet ready. Earlier I did what I had to do. It’s sad because I really love him. But I love God more. I can’t afford to lose God. I chose God. And I will forever choose Him. So I let go. I let go and let God. It hurts. It really hurts but I trust God. 🙂
Edit: Turns out the guy was a cheater. Cheated with a couple of girls while we were together. I only knew after we broke up. He was just pretending to have an intimate relationship with God. He now left the church because he can’t let go of him entering wrong relationships. God spared me from him. No wonder God wanted me to let go. He sees beyond what our eyes can see. So trust God. He knows better. 😉
I had a similar situation where I had to let Go. It's hard but God heals.

I had a similar experience. I was in a serious relationship for 5 years. And God confirmed with various words. To let It go. And I did. And it was actually very easy .I had a peace that was indescribable. But later...as time passed ...then.it was hard because I was wondering ....was I wrong. And the lonely.. Scared. . Etc feelings came. But the good works He started...He Completes. And always always choose God.

One of the many things I thank God for is giving me the courage to let go of romantic relationships. I used to yearn and seek after males to feel up the void. I am letting go of fear , anxiety and worry about the future and how my life will play out over to Jesus. I trust his will and his plan for my life and that it will all workout in the end for my good. I am also letting go of the hurt, disappointment and trauma from my past over to God. A year ago I got my heart broken by someone who I loved very much. He treated me so bad and I stayed because I thought that I loved him enough for things to change eventually I gave him every little part of me. God has healed my heart and he has showed me what true love really is. God can do anything if you truly allow him to take control of any situation.

I threw up my hands and started worshipping Jesus. he is the reason while I'm still here standing because of his love and his arms wrapped around me. My God.... this video was released in 2015, and I saw it in 2020 during a time that I was literally at the end of my self. God used the lyrics over my life in such a way that you can not imagine.... Oh my soul... I don't remember of crying as I did listening to this song during my paying times.... This song means everything to me...❤ is 2022 and I still love it the same way.🙏🏾

Since Steffany posted this from church, it has become a theme song for me. I left my life in California, my ministry, my church to begin again in Seattle area. I have found a new church, a new mission, and stumbling after the mission God has called me to. I have shared this so many times, I know the followers think I've lost it... and I suppose that in some ways I have. I give all of me, all of my shattered dreams, all of my hopes unfilled to a God who has a better plan, a bigger life for me to go to and serve in.

Worshiped the Lord at 3'o clock in the morning then I saw 3 shooting stars, while listening to a worship song. One of the ways God would tell me that it's all gonna be alright, no matter how big or small the raging storm is in our lives. We all just have let it all go and fall into His presence. I lost my home of 20 yrs, most everything inowned, my car in an accedent after, disabled and list case. My whole family seperated in different states. Lost income and animals, only have a sm bag if clothes and one pair of shoes! I let it all go, and it still hurts but daily the lord has had mercy on my soul and just when I dont think he gives me a lift and a push and I know he's saying, don't give up. The battles daily are enough to drown me, and pain 24/7 doesn't help my faith. But here I am still standing . And still giving all to him . Whatever his purpose or wil for my life, I'm letting go ❤️🙏 God bless everyone

I came here in tears because I’m so confused, anxious and stressed about my future because I can barely picture it due to my current circumstances. I’m on the brink of highschool end and it’s been so hard for me but I’m sure God sees me, and He has a plan for me that is better than what I can possibly imagine right now.

I have the worse case of insomnia. This isnt even like me. All I hear is God clear as a bell.. when I close my eyes. Him, telling me He will find a church for me ( I haven't been to church in 2 years). That He will heal all my broken roads that I tried to fix on my own. My mom always told me growing up that if I couldn't sleep, it was because God wanted me to be awake, and to pray and ask Him why he needs me to be awake. About 3 years ago, I remember it was because my unsaved brother called at 2am weeping after having a bad drug trip. I'm so thankful I was awake to answer him, it was the moment he decided to stop doing drugs. God is working on him one day at a time, and if that takes a few nights of Insomnia a month, I'm wholly willing to do so. To God be the glory. 🙏🙌🙌🙌

Holy Spirit thank you...I'm just overwhelmed by God's kindness through this period of dark brokenness and pain. This song could never have come at the perfect time. I am not perfect in my christian walk but the words remind me of God's greater love for me even in my deepest weakness. I have chills all over and i can feel his arms wrapped around me. His love is greater than out sin.

3yrs ago, fighting to survive a heartbreak and serious depression, I would play this song all night. I would cry my heart out, sometimes all night begging God to help me breathe and to survive. It was difficult to breathe but I needed to survive. I let go of myself and allowed the spirit to heal me. I cnt believe the peace and joy I have now. Im so grateful that He fought for me n HE WON ME OVER!! He wrapped His arms around me and loved be back to life. I will never forget what He did for me. Is there anything too hard for the Lord???

Bt my efforts are In vain. So step in Lord. Come through for me. You said you strength is made perfect in my weakness. I need tht strength now. I'm jus letting go of everything so you take charge. Thts how I prayed everyday. I closed my social media accnts. I withdrew from pple who were a reminder of the past. Kept a few friends and family to help me stay sane. And it happened. Not in 1 day,not jn a month not even a year BUT IT HAPPENED. eventually I was set free. The Lord did it. Each day,one step at a tym. Continue to trust Him. I'm someone that used to hold a lot of grief, bitterness & hatred towards others and it takes so much for me to forgive because I always harden my heart...That made it hard for me to pray and hear God. The truth is I felt confused and lost because I didn't know what God was actually saying. Don't let unforgiveness lead you away from God because believe me, that path is very dark, unwanted and miserable. It's better to swallow your pride and have a free, joyful life with a clear conscience before God, dwelling in His secret place...worshipping him than to go down that path...the path that leads to destruction. It's time to let go.
Some time ago, I was reading my Bible, and I was afraid because I didn't know why I coulden't understand the text naturally as I used to, as the Spirit would help me understand it. I got so confused and afraid of that seperation. Then, I sat on my bedroom floor and cried to Daddy God about it. You would probably think that it's a very little thing, but God came to me and gave me a Daddy's hug on the floor. As Stef sings "I'm letting go", I let my control go, that I coulden't understand what was happening, and as I did, He came and gave me a hug and loved me.
Guys, He knows! He knows it so well. The mystery to you is living revelation for Him. He is Revelation. Let go of that control and give in to His embrace to you. Sometimes He doesn't say anything because His arms says it all.

It is true that God is the only love that satisfies.This past few weeks and days has been very empty. Having a spiritual warfare wherein I can't really explain thoroughly, i felt very distant to God and this song just literally speaks abt it, describes how i exactly felt and i realized its not b'cuz God lost the ability to care and speak but b'cuz i just lost my ability to listen , that its b'cuz of me tryin to control everything and everyone around me thinking i have to, and that made me depend on my own ability rather than His and He reminded me --yes we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us but not anything are beneficial for us and for the ppl around us, and i get scared but i kept on insisting im not, i already neglected my values doing my daily devotion and journal that i never thought i would. Losing my faith /backsliding is my biggest fear, i cannot afford to live in the shadows in the darkest pit of life again for once im lost but now i am found I will not waste that chance God has given and He never fails to convict me that i have Him. Im faithless but He is faithful, im not perfect He is, i get tired He never will, He's consistent im not, Im unworthy He gave me worth, i am powerless and He is powerful enough to turn what enemies' meant for evil and turn it into good and things are uncertain but His promises are true and thats exactly why we need God in our lives WE LACK thats why we need Him even more enable for us to go forward each day. And if ur still in the midst of uncertainty entrust it to Him and stop controlling things to happen b'cuz even if we don't see or feel it he never stop working, And if u woke up this morning and reading this message God still have purpose in ur life so u better do ur best to seek Him and let Him teach the way. Pray, whenever I pray i feel fulfilled and fully strengthen, peace and love everywhere i could see the beauty of life and enjoy every single moment of it so u should try it too! Have a good day! 😊
