It’s a Bodanza Bonanza extravaganza!
Watching a little late but couldn't miss The Fort. I had a seasonal job that had me driving cross country twice a year & I played The Fort the spring before world's and the december after, it was love at first sight and then playing it made world's that much more incredible to watch. They don't normally let you play tournament 18, but the grounds crew put a little tee from where Conrad threw The Shot, you can see it off to the right when Jake throws from the drop zone 50:45 Just incredible to unload your putters & mids from there & see how much that tree is in your face... just don't throw a forehand, I got booed by the grounds crew for trying one.
Thanks for coming out and covering us here in Utah. The KJ jumper on 15 will always be remembered as well!
I’ll never forget when Ezra Aderhold made it to pin high on 14 and terminator walked down the fairway like it was no big deal.
What I recall is the look on Paul's face when James made the shot.
Yeah - understandably so for both you and Paul!
I remember Nate Sexton sinking a Dart putt or two from deep back in 2021. You're the GOAT Terry!
Mcbeth threw an intentional bank shot off the fence on 13 to save birdie from a horrible position in the final round. I think still one of the most creative shots I’ve seen on coverage
Hard to forget Catrina’s upshot straddling the ob line near 18’s basket… and taking down her second world championship!
Chain out ace to ob, brutal
And double drop bombs! Fun round, you the man Terry
here to support Bodanza
Remember when Paul missed the island. That was heartbreaking
Macbeth using the green fence to throw the roller against it on the 500ft par 4.
Lets go! I just love that you cover these events, if it wasn't for you, it would be like it never happened. Thank you, i am entering action mode now! :)
Big shout out really goes to the event sponsors and supporters here because a few stepped up extra to ensure that we could get coverage of this Q-Series event. I'm honored to have it hosted on my channel though - that's for sure.
@@thediscgolfguy Team effort, and i shout out loud a big thank you to all!
Yeehaw! Thanks, Terry!
Would like to see Jake Wolff's play on hole 3
connor rocks step putt is a millimeter from being illegal, foot is skimming the ground while disc in hand, i ran it in slowmo, he's barely barely legal on step putts
i like bodanza and emerson, they rep the short dudes well, crazy how they can throw so far for their size, represent us!
Short kings let’s go!
Bojangles played solid
I remember this being first course I ever watched coverage on at worlds and watching k jones straddle putt and being like…this sport looks fun.
Awesome you came back to Utah. I remember Ezra Aderhold almost ace to roll away ob on hole 16
Ha I made coverage lol spotting on 17 can be seen from 16, giving Matt the red flag and then walking up on the group on 18
Great coverage and great rounds! Looks like a fresh layer of snow out there with all the cotton. Gotta love the Holy Fort!
Thanks for covering this, Terry.
this course has the difficulty of DELA... thats how i feel about it
I always think of the paul mcbeth skip shot off the green covered fence during worlds..hole 12 I believe.. so creative and so much fun to watch him and conrad battle
Thanks for putting this together. Wish we get more major events west of the Rockies
What do I remember from last year?
Commentary was just as good.
I would like to add. Loving the full round of play in one video. Great idea. !!!
Giveaway, you say?
Love all that you do 😊
I appreciate that. Thanks for coming along for the ride!
Thanks for coming out to Utah to film this Terry! This was awesome! A bit difficult to watch because it’s such a tough course. Makes me want to go back and watch the worlds here to see them tear it up.
Yeah that KJ jumper with the hammer fist pump
Terry, Thanks for always fulfilling my disc golf hunger! So grateful for all your hard work, effort, and time!
Great job Terry, thanks for having me out to film at the fort! That kick off the tree at 37:04 😅
Terry, thanks for the grind. I appreciate all your work.
Im a big fan of wooded courses, but this one just seems too “spray and pray” for me. Really not sure how they determined it would be a good course for worlds. But, at least it wasn’t in Emporia that year.
There is some of this, but the coverage doesn't show you the lines. If they had a drone flight you would see the fairways vs the rough
@@kylehunter9672 gotchaaa, yea makes sense, we’ve got some courses like that too
What post-production techniques were used to enhance this video?
Umm,
I think I max the volume a -6db. I do a little noise gate action on my commentary track. That's about it if I recall.
Lets go Connor Rock!
Pork sandwiches terry
Love the whole 18 format! As a 2 year player this is the first coverage I’ve seen of this beautiful course. I’m going.
Bodanza let’s go!!!
Genuinely asking this…would Bodanza & Rock’s put at 16:05 be a foot fault. No doubt about them being in control of their body, but do both feet have to be on the floor or nah? I do that same thing in casual/practice rounds, but have been hesitant in a tournament.
Mcbeth using the fence as a wall ride was wild, KJ USA making a strong charge. And of course the holy shot
Love this course! Always amazed at how many quality courses we don’t see on the tour
This might sound bad, but I enjoyed watching bodanza play without listening to him talk 😂
Such great coverage Terry, call it like you see, solid work!!
What must we do for the give away
You just did it!
Can’t believe they played a worlds here. My how the game has evolved in a few short years.
How did bodanza miss the mando on 9???? He threw a hyzer around the mando tree…?
How much did Bodanza pay to get on the featured card with these guys? 😂
I got to follow along on the card! It was great round!
KJ jumper instantly comes to mind for sure!
My money is on Luke...
My moneys on Connor Rock 😉
Terry and Bodanza are tied with cashing in on tour this year.
clicked for Bodanza. Happy to watch his journey!
So hole 18, ob on bodanzas 2nd throw long of the basket goes to a drop zone? Pretty bogus.
I was under the impression that maybe he didn't go over the actual OB line that was deep of the pin and went out of bounds way earlier in the flight and never crossed the OB line up by the pin. He didn't go to a drop zone but instead where he was officially last in bounds (if I recall).
great birdie on 3 in utah!!
C
Good work with the video! Fun to see Bodanza on the card :)
Almost a Bodanza bonanza… love the coverage tdgg❤
Love to see bodanza getting some coverage
Bodadza!
No more bodanza he sucks
His even par round was nearly 1000 rated. That seems unfair. He works extremely hard!
