We sometimes forget that this happens too much in our world and i feel we normalize it more and more. Dehumanisation feels like it's ramping up. There's no repercussion anymore for war crimes or crimes against humanity. Respect Bogdan for your reaction!
It reminds me of the Balkan War (1991) and the time when I was six years old and sat in the bunker. Full of fear and no idea what was actually happening...this song hits hard.
Another band that you may like, if you don´t know them already, is Heaven Shall Burn. They always talk about various social topics in their songs. Just listen to the song Combat and watch the music video for it.
This is the most disturbing song I have ever heard, purely because the events it describes are 100% real and have happened to real, tangible people. Also, the music video felt like a gut punch and heartbreak at once for me. FFAA probably made my deathcore AOTY.
I have so much respect for artists that use their art to call attention to real world atrocities and that they put their money were their mouth is at the same time. Its always a plus that FFAA songs always go so hard on top of the activism
One thing i'm hoping to do, going into music from a place of incredible privilege, is to constantly use the privilege and platform that i'm given to speak up about the reality we live in and call attention to it, which is something this song does insanely well.
When a band has a message and has the ability to deliver it in that manner is great. I will probably see them again in Italy in december. Gigantous band
I respect you Bog, the world is messed up, i know im still super privileged to live in a country like belgium but even here i see how polorizing and devided everyone has become and people not acknowledging the wars that are going on and thinking they are the centre of the universe etc… FFAA always has my utmost respect for their music and topics ( politics, wars, environment etc. ) and they keep delivering and provoking some thoughts for me but also for others. Keep it up man and i hope sonner rather than later we will live in a peaceful environment again… ❤️
The album absolutely slaps not a single miss at all. I think it's in my top 3 this year ngl. This might even be the album that even overtakes Boundaries for me. Its another album with pure emotion, deep lyrics, and of course its heavy af. Ticks all the boxes for me just like the Boundaries album.
The use of the lyric "from the river to the sea" caught my attention. I really want to believe that it doesn't mean what I think it means. I'm not for war and calling for the genocide of Jews... well. It kind of blows the point they were trying to make.
been waiting for the new album and loved the singles FFAA put out until today when i heard "Red Horizons" As i fully understand the pain of the people of Gaza AND the people of Ukraine , i simply cannot understand why they choose to use the sentence "from the river to the sea" the phrase “From the river to the sea” has been used as a political slogan associated with the elimination of the state of Israel. in other words, KILLING ALL OF US. Jews, chrisitans and yes even Muslims that live here. FFAA have a big fan base here in Israel who are actually shocked by this. most of us are just metalheads, who are not involved in politics, and wish for peace. WHAT A SHAME.
didn't expect to sob to Australian deathcore today. the song is awesome in general, but the closing line, Jesus Christ. from the river to the sea 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸
This song raises important points about the horrors of war and the tragedy of innocent lives lost. However, I feel conflicted about some of the lyrics, particularly the phrase ‘from the river to the sea.’ To me, it comes across as a divisive statement, one that seems to call for the eradication of an entire group of people. It also suggests a lack of understanding-or perhaps a refusal to fully understand-the complex realities of the situation. It would be more impactful to focus on fostering understanding and peace, without language that could be interpreted as incitement
It's only divisive because of Israeli propaganda. It wouldn't matter what slogan someone comes up with. The Israeli state propped up by US and other media outlets will propagandize it to make it seem terrible.
This band is incredible, and this album might be my AOTY. I just feel like the last line wasn’t really necessary. The whole thing about is FFAA is that their lyrics have always been amazing, but also really subtle, which I’ve always loved. That last line is too political and not subtle at all, it’s a bit of a shame, imo.
their bodies burned so bright that god closed his eyes. that gave me immense chills when i first heard it

I'm always happy to see bands take a stance and spread a message
Glad to see a heavy band making such an explicit song and video about this. Free Palestine.
Free the world from palestine.
The breakdown callout reminds me so much of the one from Your Pain is Mine. It's just a heavy, raw, emotional gut punch

I am sorry you had to go through that :(
Album of the year right here! It is absolutely beautiful, touching and crushing, all at the same time
Slam for an Autopsy
I fucking love FFAA for not shying away from these topics. One of the reasons I absolutely fucking love this band.

This song shouldn't be listened to without video, it just makes it so much better. Never thought I would shed a tear on deathcore song like that.
you said it for everyone, bogdan. What a song , what an album :) Much love
btw, the blonde actress is an Ukrainian refugee, so this is not just about Palestine
got to the part of the video where you say that hahah
When the song has such a powerful meaning behind it, it just elevates it that much more, great job FFAA
okay now I have 3 AOTY
1.Boundaries - Death Is Little More
2.156/silence - People Watching
3.Fit For An Autopsy - The Nothing That Is
top 1 wolfheart Draconiac Darkness. top 2 .Fit For An Autopsy - The Nothing That Is(at the moment ),top3 caligula horse .charcoal grace
Leaving a comment so Bogdan can reach 100k by the end of the year

As a Ukrainian living under constant drones attacks this hits hard af
Вітання, радий, що тобі не доводиться через це проходити
post deathcore, this album is MASSIVE. in the end it is the third world countries that suffer for the "greater" interests

This new album had me audibly saying "ooh" and "aah" at a lot parts.
Well said Bogdan. Love this band and this song.

Seen that live a week ago before the song released, that breakdown got stuck in my head
Rest of the album is awesomeeeeeeeee this band is so good

Цей трек і ВІДОС - це розйоб... Дякую за твої думки, Бодька. Я відчув щось схоже під час перегляду. Особливо фінальний брейк разом з візуалами 😓
Так, я думаю у всіх українців будуть схожі почуття...
That video made me cry wtf.
Hell yeah awesome song and message
Holy SHIT.
Really sucks that after all this time we still can’t just live in peace.

That final "From the river to sea" also hits hard!
You should do a full album reaction to fit for an autopsy the nothing that is you really should
🔥
That riff is disgusting! I need a shower man!! 😎👌👌

They’re American. Pretty sure they’re based outta New Jersey.
@@TasteofBloodYeah I remember seeing Thank You Budd Dwyer in a filthy tinyass bar before Joe stepped in.
Do u support HAMAS terrorists?

FREE Palestine, Congo, Sudan, Haiti, Syria, Lebanon… free all oppressed nations and peoples, for none of us are free until we’re ALL free.
Free Israel you mean, you don't support terrorism do you?
Really wish they didn't pull the "from the river to the sea" at the end.
What, did it stop you from pretending the song was about something else?
@@saamo1423 No I just don't believe that the best way to condemn genocide is to advocate for another genocide.
@@JohnAndJohner That's not what the river to the sea quote means, that's Israeli propaganda
