We've been wanting to talk about money for a while, so we hope you enjoy this new series! Now for an age-old question that is always relevant...does money buy happiness? And... follow us on Instagram to continue having a conversation with us! instagram.com/jubileemedia/
Jubilee not necessarily but i rather be sad in a half a million dollar car and cry about not being happy in a yacht than to wake up one day not knowing if you’ll be able to eat today
Jubilee i remember a quote someone said in a small group activity during choir retreat last year. "i wont be happy being poor, but having money wont make me happy"
Ricky is scam artist pretend he get profit from the market he just have two demo account he buy in one account and sell in another then he put that he makes thousands of dollars to make people buy his course 😂 is all scammer
@@eggroll1090 it was proving my point wasnt it? even with working 50 years its still only 3 million, but i mean if you start working at age 15-16 and retire at 65, its not that unrealistic
Phoenix PlayZ knowledge of the stock market isn’t just gifted to you. You have to learn it. Even if he’s not working hard now which I would still say he is, his hard work and brains before put him in this position.
Blah Blah Ugh ofc it is, day trading takes a long time to learn, and get good at, that’s why not a lot of people can make money / do it. But uber eats, it’s so much easier, one simple thing, get food for people and deliver it
so, as you can see, the rich guy split his time and actually not having that much dead time. if he's not trading, he's vlogging. if he is not vlogging, he's packing his merch. and if not, he (maybe) shipping his merch. the not that rich guy, actually has plenty of dead time, sitting around waiting for his next customers. you can argue both of them working hard on their category, but the rich guy actually works hard and smart. both of them should get respect from people, but you should learn the rich guy.
Working hard and being smart really pays off. I started trading a few months back, I have had major losses and gain all I could think of was trying to gain my losses back and ended up with negatives. Then I decided to attend a seminar where I meant Mrs. Judy Friedman.
She gave me a better idea as a beginner. I started an investment with her and get to use the profits made from investing to trade. I’m doing this just to get emotions out of trading and try to come up with a strategy that work for me.
Much respect to the $60 guy for being so satisfied with what he has and managing to be happy it what could potentially be a difficult situation. Much love and respect from the uk, wish I could always be as optimistic as him.
Devs072 Thank you! But just to clarify, I definitely want more and am striving for more, but I’ll always be grateful with what I have. Grateful, but that doesn’t have to mean “content”. Peace and love 💪🏾❤️✌🏾
I really appreciate how Azariah doesn’t express shame and embarrassment for how much he makes. I think there’s a general expectation that people who are broke should feel ashamed but regardless of whether we agree or not, he’s just living his life how he sees fit
@@MP-ut6eb yes exactly. But at least here (in Italy) you pay the rent and the other stuffs once a month while in countries like USA and UK its per week.
I find it funny how the rich dude literally did NOTHING to warrant the sort of hate in the comments. Legit just the fact that he’s rich makes some people dislike. The mentality some people have towards money is the reason a lot of people won’t ever become financially free. Oh sure, money doesn’t matter...until you break your leg or something or your car’s engine needs to be replaced all in the same month and you have to pay thousands of dollars lol.
@extremedude1234 I mean he flips cars all the time and probably does that at a profit considering the fact that most of the cars he had in this video are already gone. So they might have divided his monthly salary by 30. Also if he's that successful, he definitely has a few trade secrets. I'm not sure if I blame him for not revealing his formula for success
@extremedude1234 I'm not really one to jump in and defend people but I do want to point out that they said it was "estimated" income and for "everything". Meaning trading, flipping cars, and his online stores
I think I'm blessed because if not I wouldn't have met someone who is as spectacular as expert mrs expert jane rucker rutledge, she helped me recover what lost trying to trade for my self.
My first investment with expert mrs jane rucker rutledge gave me profit of over $24,000 Us dollars and ever since then she has never failed to deliver and I can even say she's the most sincere broker I have known
Its interesting to see how different people value and see money. Even more thought provoking is how massive the difference in daily pay is when we work for ourselves vs. working and waiting for someone else to give us money.
The Modern Investor the thing is, the people doing Uber or delivery would also consider themselves to be self-employed. and for some that can work really well
85% of businesses are self made yet majority of em that start ends up failing the hard part is starting up and getting it going. I think that the difference with everyone is the mindset like you said
Well maybe the difference is that when you work for someone else, then money is a part of you, but it stops being the main focus, when work is done. When you'r selfemployed like the kid in the video, then money isn't just a part of your life, but becomes your life inherently.
The difference is in the risk urber and delivery are self employed but there very low risk the other guy made 11k trading but he probably has days where he loses in the thousands
Thank you Jubilee Media for having me as a guest, i hope this can provide some insight in my day in life. It's no questions that money doesn't buy happiness, but i'm truly motivated to do everything in my power to provide a stable future for my future family and wish you all the best as well!
Can't believe I found you on Jubilee's channel, Ricky!!! This was such an awesome segment and really changed my perspective on my goals and values on life. I feel like I know you now on a much more personal level - keep doing what you do, brother.
@@nendu4316 if I win at least 20k I would invest 10k a year(that's how it works right?) And with the money that I get back I'll invest it in the next year with little bit more money than before. And boom. In 20 years I'll be too old to spend my riches
I would argue that for most people, it kills their inner critic, for non-narcissists, it's just money. We applaud these people for doing the bare minimum when having an inner critic isn't that tough, it's mostly just exessive admiration or being born rich that makes them this way.
I want to be rich to, let's don't lie, and most of us wants the same. Money helps a lot on a lot of fields of life. But the question is : Why the poor guy looks happy af??? This is what makes me think. Money helps a lot, but remember we work for bringing that bread to the table. Most of other things we buy with money are secondary
🤔 Definitely an interesting comment. I wouldn’t say I agree or disagree. But more money can definitely provide more freedom. But at the same time, I don’t make a lot of money, but I choose my hours, work wherever I want, and for how long I want. So I think there’s other things to consider, but you’re definitely stating a good point
Well thats why you dont buy Lambo the moment you have just enough for it. First work yourself up, invest, buy some businesses that will make you more than enough money. Then you can easily buy it and you will not care about some repair bills.
From what I've heard from deliver drivers, actually a lot of low-income money who are not smart about their income. The majority of their deliveries are at lower income apartment complexes instead of neighborhoods with houses.
This was a great watch. I think the key lesson here is that it's all about what you value and life is what you make of it. But don't complain or hate on others if they are living life the way they want to. Be secure in yourself and strive for the life you want to live
I honestly think that ricky is nice aswell, because this video compares the two guys your common sense leds you to believe that ricky is like a bad guy, but I think that for a guy so young that has so much money he is real down to earth. At least that's what he appears to be on camera
sbmphr There are a lot of people on this earth that are completely heartless and only worry about themselves, which I find ridiculous. I completely agree with your statement about donating. Donating would help so much to those in need, and could probably change the world into a much nicer place. If only that actually happened :(.
The German constitution is pretty interesting in that part, since it says that with ownership comes responsibility. People in the US often talk about how no one is entitlted to rich peoples money. But what about personal responsibilities? It's something they certainly often expect from 'poor' people, but it is rarely mentioned with the wealthy, the rich and powerfull.
Yes!!! Let’s not just view the haves AND the have nots ...... What’s the ultimate purpose / goal 🥅 of the whole film anyway?? Trust me- people know what it’s like to have money and also what it’s like DEFINITELY not having money!!
Jewan Moore Just checking phone from time to time? Trading is stressful and is pretty much a 24-hour thing cause it doesn’t leave your head. He could be having dinner with his family and he will still be thinking about his trading positions. And even though this guy is definitely gifted in a lot of area’s it still takes countless hours of studying and dedication for months on end to get to his level of trading
I think both lifestyles are great but if you have money you can explore the world however you want while if you don't then you're stuck in the life you currently have without much room for exploration.
You will find if you start making enough TH-cam videos that it starts to affect your personality, and Instagram accelerates that affect even further in igniting this sort of funny TV personality even if you were very genuine person because it's difficult to avoid the pull to confirm to all the other influencers
@@laprepper That makes sense, there's a guy that I started watching when he was less than 100 subs. I still really like him, and he still makes some dope videos that I enjoy, and he's a cool chill dude. But I'm scared that he might go done that path. When I gave him my honest thoughts on some videos feeling intentionally stretched out though, he was receptive to my criticism. He's not super big, but he's grown a lot, I'm super happy for him. Kinda crazy to see him grow from less subs than me, to many times more than me. I just hope he doesn't succumb that what you talked about.
@@maherdabbagh94 Hmm, maybe... If you know what you're doing with investments you can make a comfy living over time doing just that alone. So I think probably not.
Milan Patel actually trading is something that is learned. There are no successful traders by accident. I was in the red for the first year of trading. Valuable lessons learned, valuable money lost.
its more the exeprience you gain from your losses, i have lost 1 thousand pounds with no profit but ive learnt smart valuble lessons such as ACTUALLY USING A STOP LOSS AND TAKE PROFIT, as well as small other things which eventually gave me that loss, but if you truly love something, you will find a way to achieve it i suppose
too bad its not real, youre not producing anything. At least tradesmen can take pride in something tangible they helped create. Even if theyre pulling in 100k-300k a yr
H H if you’ve seen his channel, he buys cars that are underpriced and sells them at market value or slightly higher to make money, so the cars that he buys are an investment, but cars in general are a depreciating asset, yes.
Yeah but I also think it shows that those frugal habits are the reason he can get luxuries like that as oppose to what you said. All depends how you interpret it
jay W Depression isnt dependent on financial status. Chemical imbalance that money doesnt control. Just so happens many depressed people have the intellect to become rich.
@@tllgs1936 Wrong. You can be depressed and happy at the same time. You can be struggling with depression for 5 years where everything keeps going downhill, and yet be happy like me
He’s 23 and can make over 5 mill a year idc what you say he can work hard until he’s 35 and never have to work a day again especially the way he spends and saved he will go a long way
Something is fishy about his income though, why would the bloke sell t shirts at $20 max each when he could make god knows how much more through his other ventures? Why would he own sports cars that depreciate at a ridiculous rate? Why is he looking at charting software rather than fundamental business analysis if he's trading stocks? These are the questions any budding entrepreneur would have to ask themselves to achieve anywhere NEAR his supposed annual income. Classic fraudster.
Personally I'd rather be like Ricky, period. Strive to become financially independent. Money may not mean everything but figuratively speaking, I place it way up my essentials-list up there with OXYGEN. You need money in order to live, period.
Damn, the part where he said he feels empty definitely hit me. Growing up, I used to think money was everything, but now that I work full time and buy things I wanted when I was younger, that’s not always the case.

IAmABrokenGod just because you have 20mil out of nowhere doesn't mean it will make you happy. Yes you'll be worry free financially, but there is so much more to life that makes people happy other than money. In the end it's all materialistic, which can make people happen for a while. But doesn't keep them happy.
A few years later, this video has inspired me. I’m glad I can come back and watch it this exact video. Five years has been long and I’m glad you made this.
They honestly both look like nice guys and both looks like they've overcome a lot. I wouldn't mind being friends with both of them tbh. They relate to money differently but both have good hearts I think. Sounds nice to me.
He comes from a family who owns a car dealership and he kicked out all the admin when they started to see that hes a hack. He sell his to trade and wont share his P/L report. Which means he is hiding. Every trader who sells how to trade and are legit has no problem being transparent
Paul Adrian Cirstea but mainly working smart. Instead of going the easier less earning career or job choice. It would be (smarter) to go through the much harder career or job choice which at the end will pay out, with hard work obviously.
Matthew Matthews Thanks for the advice, but 3 weeks from now I'll turn 18 and will be enlisting into the military. I just don't think learning a skill is an option right now cause my life is all over the place. But once everything is under control, I'll remember that and put work into it. :)
While in the military you can spend your free time reading books on trading, coding or on self-dev, you can always improve your set of skills and find a passion / thing you are good at
Lexi Villa You could perhaps go to a thrift store and purchase a bike. Those things are just as good as any gym membership, are a one time purchase, and provide cheap transportation. And you get fit without even thinking about it. All about working the system
I think its fascinating that everyone thinks the trader guy makes his money day trading, completely oblivious to the fact that the money he really makes comes from selling his trading advice. Thats why he was constantly hammering away at those upbeat clips and streams all day, showing his awesome cars, talking about owning properties, paying his families debts, sending his parents to europe etc. He was selling you a lifestyle... one that you TOO can have, if you only pay to join my private seminar! Its so textbook it hurts... and 99% of you took the bait.
exactly, he has a cult following (dupes) which he rakes the easy cash in. I know good traders when I see one, and he isn't one from viewing his channel.
He's a scam artist b/c he attempts to give the image that he's made it from trading- TH-cam is filled with them. Plenty of people selling courses who aren't traders or who aren't successful at it. Btw, 1. You don't need to outperform the market to .be successful 2. Outperforming the market IS possible. 3. Most people are clueless. Putting your money into the stock market atm is incredibly risky due to it being in a bubble
I'm willing to bet that his income just from his real estate properties is enough for him to live on without having to work otherwise. I'm also willing to bet that his income just form his day trading is enough for him to live on without having to work otherwise. Not everyone who makes a lot of money is a scam artist. But if you need an excuse to tell yourself about why you're not making a lot of money, go ahead and preach that stuff.
ENGINEERED TRUTH Buying a over priced fountain drink is dumb the mark up is huge. Plus it only last a few minutes. Buying a dream car could be worth the cost even with dealership mark ups. Ak Builds I'm in techbuds and I can say the trading requires Due diligence and you will hear it a lot. In the market if you can control yourself you can make the right moves.
JustKeepin ShitLit This is not true when you have been doing it for years and then decided to have a family it is way for stressful because you could either have a great day or have a horrible day, and when your family relies on you to make the money you will become more stressed. I know this because my dad trades for living and it is not easy and he has been doing it for years...
MacKenzie Cline when you have a family I'm sure it can get stressful but I'm speaking from my experience and I guess I'm lucky to have started at 16 now 19 with my mom supporting me which allowed me to be in a stress free position in life .When u have a family to feed that's a whole different ball game

Honestly, from a young age I learned the fact about money and it's value it holds. My dream is to become the guy Ricky is with his high source of income, and his displine as a whole
People in the chat hating on the rich guy for no reason lol. Also, did anyone else thought the Afro-American person in the thumbnail was the rich one because of the way they placed it? Plot twist :D
aahahha ofc he is a very good guy and doenst seems someone who you wanna hate. Why? Marketer and a sales man. In the 80s they were selling hairdryers and now stocks. Ive been trading for 12 years since I was 14 and I thought the same thing but guess what, he and others like Cameron Fous, Tim sykes and every other millionaire trader, who sells their courses, not one of them made their money by trading or investing. Selling a course worth of 1000$ and with 100 beginners who dont understand the market hed already have a 100 grand, which he could use to buy cars and rent houses in order to promote his courses which are worth 0$, since everything he teaches is available online and the only way to make real money is to trade and learn the market yourself. I dont hate him, he is good at his job, just the job is not trading but selling worthless education. :)
Brian hemsfield depends on where you live. He lived in Arizona so it’s not as much as it would be in California. Not to mention, he knows real estate so he probably got a good deal on it. Could’ve flipped it too
The dude that makes the 11k definitely reserves it in my opinion. He grinds that market and it’s not easy (he’s obviously in a pretty good rhythm so it might not be that hard for him). The dude that makes 60 also works hard af, and seems like a fantastic guy to have as a friend. He deserves all the best
papapudding yea ik but if I didn’t say that people would’ve been like “you don’t think the other dude works hard?!?!” Then they would’ve called me racist :/
everyone is like that. If you worth that burger flipping $9 or so an hour then you are. While others are worth hundreds of thousands/millions and make that in a day.
Good to know, as I've been day trading since i was about 19-20.. that's 8+ years in strong. I'm a success story. Also since we talking business, know that 8 Out Of 10 Businesses Fail. Being a day trader is a business as well.
J J lol guess some do. Being a actual pc hacker, around the Internet so long I've seen it all so my approach is different to all things as such. There are some good systems , but me myself I don't follow candlesticks and stuff. Best thing if your serious is first start meditating . Get more spiritual . It will come in handy later. Also managing risk is important . Start with the school of pips, baby pips website . There's forex game apps too. One last thing again I said I don't do technical analysis and fribonacci this or whatnot . There's great bots and systems that trade off the best for you. I'll do that soon . But for past years I trade off economy . I research whole economies , commodities pricing (like gold affect Australian dollar, oïl Russian ruble etc) and trade off that. Any technical is scalping and that's easy money when I just want money no matter what the news says... but again that takes lots of experience to be successful . I can go in and out a trade in 3 or 4 secs. Maybe 30 secs.
Albert Alvarez saying day trader really means trading daily. You could today even keeping your current w-2 or 1099 or whatever income, long as you have income to trade with. Basically open an account fund it and trade. But to be successful and win, I’d say get a couple of demo accounts first. Read and graduate the school of baby pips. Learn all the technical and words like bearish bullish, short long, cable, trailing stop etc. Check out MetaTrader many use that. I use 4-5 different trading platforms (stocks , forex, binary options)
At the end of the day we all need money to survive. Being independently wealthy certainly contributes to happiness. But solely depending on money for happiness will dry up your soul and burn it.
Money is used to free you from society, to help you combat liabilities. People keep talking about money and happiness; but has anyone ever viewed it from a different perspective? Society equals sadness and it's money that protects you from that.
The real secret of building wealth is by having multiple streams of income, that's includes both online and offline investments. If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you are fated to die working.
Can confirm, I'm in car sales and nearly made $10k USD last month. Just finishing up my third month of doing it with no sales background. He would do great in it if he's even half as enthusiastic and hard working in real life as he is in this video.
the guy earning $60 is more enthusiastic in the video and he would honestly be a way better entertainer on youtube. also, the $11,000 guy does hard work, he has to make quick decisions based on a lot of stock market knowledge, and being an entertainer on youtube requires him to ship out merch and come up with ideas to motivate his audience and actually pull in an audience of people who are interested in stocks. i hope the guy earning less can earn more! he does a lot of honest work and i think he should get paid more just doing what he does
He's not earning $60; he's taking in $60 in revenue. By the time you subtract gas and the cost of the car, he's making much less. That's the problem with the app-based services: they trick people into thinking that they're earning money when in reality they're making practically nothing.
You're right overall, but there are variable costs with a bicycle. Many parts on a bicycle need to be replaced after 5,000 miles or so, albeit at a much cheaper cost than parts on a car (maybe about $100-$500 or so a year depending on if you have the tools to work on it yourself or if need to bring it into a shop.)

Its interesting to see how different people value and see money. Even more thought provoking is how massive the difference in daily pay is when we work for ourselves vs. working and waiting for someone else to give us money.
The Modern Investor the thing is, the people doing Uber or delivery would also consider themselves to be self-employed. and for some that can work really well
It's scary how precise your comment is because it epitomizes the video's theme.

I know good traders when I see one, and he isn't one from viewing his channel.
hi kevin, 99% took the bait?please just speak for americans here because you guys arent the .. lets say.. smartest boys
He's a scam artist b/c he attempts to give the image that he's made it from trading- TH-cam is filled with them. Plenty of people selling courses who aren't traders or who aren't successful at it.
Btw, 1. You don't need to outperform the market to .be successful

On top of that he could make videos with the car and make his monthly payment. Cutting out small wants mean you can afford larger wants down the road. Im sure you know that considering who you are.

Ak Builds when you've just started yes but after a while your emotions don't react the same to a loss and you become numb to it which is very beneficial
Ak Builds I'm in techbuds and I can say the trading requires Due diligence and you will hear it a lot. In the market if you can control yourself you can make the right moves.
JustKeepin ShitLit
This is not true when you have been doing it for years and then decided to have a family it is way for stressful because you could either have a great day or have a horrible day, and when your family relies on you to make the money you will become more stressed. I know this because my dad trades for living and it is not easy and he has been doing it for years...
it does. But the rewards make it worth it
MacKenzie Cline when you have a family I'm sure it can get stressful but I'm speaking from my experience and I guess I'm lucky to have started at 16 now 19 with my mom supporting me which allowed me to be in a stress free position in life .When u have a family to feed that's a whole different ball game

aahahha ofc he is a very good guy and doenst seems someone who you wanna hate. :)
+paasuk Last I checked he was doing it for free
why he say so casually "i own that house too"
Bc having 7 million makes a house of 500k see like not that much. You probably spend in ratio more on your phone than he did on that second house.
@@danielasselbergs8325 that house looks more than 500k. How much do you think a 500m2 house costs? No luxury, many bedrooms and a pool. Just wondering

everyone is like that.
GO DJ HaKa how do you become a day trader ??
If that makes you feel better then you can try and convince yourself, yes.
Money is used to free you from society, to help you combat liabilities. People keep talking about money and happiness; but has anyone ever viewed it from a different perspective? Society equals sadness and it's money that protects you from that.
Some people are so poor all they have is money

the guy earning $60 is more enthusiastic in the video and he would honestly be a way better entertainer on youtube. also, the $11,000 guy does hard work, he has to make quick decisions based on a lot of stock market knowledge, and being an entertainer on youtube requires him to ship out merch and come up with ideas to motivate his audience and actually pull in an audience of people who are interested in stocks. i hope the guy earning less can earn more! he does a lot of honest work and i think he should get paid more just doing what he does

He's not earning $60; he's taking in $60 in revenue. By the time you subtract gas and the cost of the car, he's making much less. That's the problem with the app-based services: they trick people into thinking that they're earning money when in reality they're making practically nothing.
Matt Sezer if u are using bicycle u still can make , as there is no variable cost .
There is only fixed cost which is the bicycle
You're right overall, but there are variable costs with a bicycle. Many parts on a bicycle need to be replaced after 5,000 miles or so, albeit at a much cheaper cost than parts on a car (maybe about $100-$500 or so a year depending on if you have the tools to work on it yourself or if need to bring it into a shop.)
