    If someone lost me 11 years of my life, I wouldn't be quite so forgiving...

    I feel so bad for both of him, she wasn't trying to ruin his life she just wanted justice for the horrible thing she went through, but its so unfair that he had to suffer even though he was innocent. Ronald is a great person for forgiving her and I'm glad they are able to make peace with one another

    You think this is bad, look at the case Clarence Moses-Al. Convicted on a dream his non-victim had.

    Can eye witnesses be punished for intentionally incorrectly identifying a suspect?
    It is probably a very rare event where it is intentional. Eye witness testimony usually is wrong by accident, instead of intent, because the moment of a crime is a very confusing situation to people who see it happen. Plue there can be an altered mental state, due to trauma from the crime.
    I'd imagine that intentional false testimony would probably be someone who is in cahoots with the perpetrator to begin with.

      my son was wrongly convicted at 16 yrs old. the victim in the crime sat outside the courtroom and said to me,his mother as My Soul Was SHATTERED. "I now he didn't do it,I don't care,as long as someone goes to prison is all I care about" those were his exact words to me. He knew,he didn't care,he committed pergury so that someone,anyone,he didn't care would pay.

      Intentionally lying to police who are conducting an investigation or while you're under oath is considered to be obstruction of justice, which is a crime.

    did she even say he was black IN HER DARK ASS ROOM??? make this shit make sense all she knew was a male voice like wtf can you possibly see in a dark ass room. You would never see a criminal face like come tf on im so mad because I feel like they should've kept looking for the actual guy but then again I get it but she real life felt like she was under pressure cause they brought her 6 male pictures like no girl take your time and look at the damn pictures.

      @KoSXxPotatisbarnetXD 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      You know that "dark" doesn't mean pitch black, right? Like right now, if I turn off the lights in this room, I would still be able to ID certain features of a person who comes in with the help of street lights providing a little bit of light, a little light creeping in through the door from the hallway, maybe light from a computer screen or something.

    • @KlearChristal
      @KlearChristal 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      She did take her time. If you look into the case she took much longer than usual to look at the pictures. Further more, as already pointed out, the room being "dark" does not equate to pitch black. You can see someones skin tone in a dark room...what do you think we just blend into the night or some shit? lmao

      I definitely see how Ronald being so easily wrongly convicted could be argued of racism, but even in the dark you can tell a persons skin tone.
