Sean got the Dora Save the Mermaids Sharp Cookie unit dumped. This one was developed by Handheld Games, so has a slightly different structure, with Easy and Hard modes available from the start. Like the others it has 3 mini games and is designed for a very young audience. The aim of this one is to teach basic Spanish numbers / shapes (and some silly types of fish in English) Will be supported in MAME 0.229

I can't say for sure, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't, JAKKS primary market was the US.
