I would have been overwhelmed if I only had the black and white leaflet instructions. But with the online guide, it was really enjoyable and easy to follow. I realise it’s not for everyone but I was definitely a fan and would do more. 💜🧩
Great video! I enjoyed hearing about the history of this company - I'm Canadian so it's cool to know they're in Montreal. I appreciate all the information and I agree with your tip about stickers on the other side of the parts that stick out - that's an easy solution.
Those online instructions were so helpful! I loved though how you can range the difficulty by using just the printed instructions. It was so much fun to assemble. Thank you so much again for gifting these to us. 💜🧩
Fun fact: if you keep those red dot pieces, you can recreate the full flat puzzle as it was cut out. I've done a few of these as my brother-in-law was collecting them at one point, so I've helped him create the buildings. I love that they created that interactive online instructions since then! Looks so much easier to follow than b&w photos!
OMG!!! That is actually quite genius...would be a fun but big challenge to do. I didn't throw out my pieces as you saw and glad that I didn't as I had a good piece hidden within those cutoffs. 💜🧩
Wow, now I want to puzzle and watch Harry Potter movies. Or listen to the audiobooks while puzzling. It looks like 3D puzzles have improved since I last did one.
The audiobooks narrated by Jim Dale are so good! I really enjoyed these puzzles and I really didn't have any experience with 3D foam puzzles before. 💜🧩
This is a great idea! We've seen many other people online sharing there build, and hearing or seeing in the background the movies playing. Which one would you like to assemble first during your next HP marathon during the Holidays?
What’s their scale? I’m wondering how they would look with 28mm scale miniatures. Any chance of asking your contact in the company who sent you these if they haven’t informed you yet?
This is what I heard back…”As for the scale, we do not have an exact or specific scale per puzzle. We design the puzzle to have the best proportion and to be the most fun and entertaining to assemble. That means a door might not have the exact dimensions as in real life, but on the puzzle it “looks right”.” Hope this helps. 💜🧩
We know it's not for everyone. But know that if you feel intimidated, there are a lot of resources to help you out and demystify 3D puzzles on our websites. The Urbania Collection is also a great place to start, with most of them a bit easier than the Diagon Alley Collection 😉
@Wrebbit3D I appreciate you answering and showing options on how to get help. I wasn't the op, but it's the same for me: 3D is not for me. And this is - in my case - solely due to space limitations. If I did the puzzles, I would want to display them, but I'm lacking the space. So I stick with flat puzzles I can disassemble and store in a box. I think your puzzles look really nice!
@@nikibordeaux We appreciate that not everyone has the space. Some of them have a small footprint, so you can appreciate them in your home or workspace during special occasions, like the upcoming Holidays. The option to assemble them and put them back in the box is also available with our puzzles as well 😜 Have a good one and happy puzzling! 🙂
I love how Wrebbit made their name into something positive. And Gringott's would definitely be my first choice because of the dragon 😊💚🧩
Yup, kids were so mean at times so it is nice to see how he turned the insult around. I know Vicky was jealous that I got the dragon. 💜🧩
3d is overwhelming to me 😢although i love the concept. Great job, and awesome collab ❤

I'm Canadian also and was so pleased to find out that 3D foam-backed puzzles were invited by Paul Gallant in Canada! So cool! 💜🧩
Great detailed intro! Everyone new to 3D jigsaw puzzles will be better equipment that start their first experience with your video 💚

@@fortheloveofpuzzles I wish I could claim it as mine! I saw Karen Puzzles do it with one of her 3D puzzles. Definitely an extra challenge for sure!
Thank you for appreciating the new online resources! We've put a lot of effort in it. 🥰

Great video! But the bloopers are the best - These furry kids huh? 😁😂🧡🧩
she’s a feisty one that Thora! Love her to bits though! 💜🧩
"There is a very small image on the box, but that is hard to see", she said without wearing her glasses XD
🤓
In my defence, I was wearing my contacts hehehe but yeah, my glasses help for up close. 💜🧩

@@shocknawe I will send my contact a message to ask and let you know when they reply. I’m not sure if it is an accurately scaled model though. 💜🧩
@fortheloveofpuzzles thank you so much!
It wouldn't need to be that accurate. It's just that some scales are really odd for 28mm scale minis.

Nice but 3D is not for me.
