My SENSORY TRAINING WEEK for an EFFECTIVE freestyle stroke (from coaching over 3000 people): www.thefrenchswimcoach.com/ (including the MAGIC PALM exercise in video)
Always interesting watching your videos. Strengthening exhalation, interesting. A point of technique I am working on at the moment is making my left arm in front glide closer to the same effectiveness and distance as my right arm glide. I breathe to my right. My best stroke count for a 50m DPS swimming long course with no fly kicks is 25 :) Swimming is fun but swimming is hard too
Amazing video, I just have something I struggle with, when I want to increase stroke rate in open water, my rotation lessens as a result of increase stroke rate, is that okay? I find I can’t rotate quick enough to get a faster catch so I need to ditch the rostation

Legend!! Any chance of a sprint technique videos. I assume a deeper pull and less emphasis on EVF for a 50 freestyle?
I'll have to translate my video on Flo Manaudou in this case. I don't know when ;-)
you assume I can’t speak French. And you’d be correct😂

Hmmm, most likely best video ever, I really like leaving my lead arm out in front , like a body surfer:)
A big thank you, it's a pleasure!

Yes, that's normal! You have to find the right compromise between stroke rate/good catch/body roll!
And also improve the beginning of the roll with your kick (mobility and orientation)
Thanks! I appreciate that you answered me
